WHYTE & MACKAY SHACKLETON “One hundred ten years after the Nimrod expedition, blender Richard Paterson’s adventurous marriage of over 20 Highland malts brings fresh green fruits, manuka honey, vanilla, banana muffin, cantaloupe, fresh herbs, spice, and a wisp of smoke. Refreshing palate of green melon, light honey, vanilla, cinnamon, cooked apple, and gooseberry, becoming sour. More complexity on the finish: spice, smoke, cooked fruits, and chalky Sweethearts candies. Pair with mature prosciutto.” 90 pts – Whisky Advocate 2017 233633 $59.99

36 Irish Whiskey 62. BUSHMILLS 21 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT “…Just marvel at the greengage and physalis, the flaked vanilla and liquorice, the ulmo honey and hickory…so much else besides; …as melt-in-the-mouth as a whiskey can be: amazingly juicy barley offers the cutting edge and lead while a plethora of delicate sugars dissolve on impact; the fruit is served as a perpetual mixed salad; …I am really impressed…” 95.5 pts – Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2017 166892 1 bottle limit $255.00

38 66. JAMESON 18 YEAR OLD LIMITED RESERVE “One of the first high quality Irish whiskeys I’ve encountered where you are drawn in by bourbon-style tannins – virgin oak, perhaps? - rather than by the unique pot still experience. …ulmo honey and thin lime marmalade; mega complex, fascinating and beautiful.” 93 pts – Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2018 592485 $134.99

67. MIDLETON DAIR GHAELACH BLUEBELL FOREST “Season 2 of Dair Ghaelach sees the action switch to six Irish oaks felled in a County bluebell forest. The balance of spice, toasted oak, and sweetness on the nose from tree one is singularly good, though clementine and grapefruit peel also clamor for attention. 40 70. THE SEXTON SINGLE MALT “One of the most striking-looking new releases around… triple- distilled whiskey was once entombed in oloroso sherry butts. A nose of baked apple and sultana, rolled marzipan, sesame seeds, and roasted spices. Smooth tasting, with dark fleshy fruits, mixed peel, chocolate, walnut; the taut spicy middle section dies back to baked oranges. A dignified finish, with chocolate and nutmeg at the death.
