SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT MANIFESTO 2011 This is a crucial election. UK Ministers are cutting our public services, and all the other Holyrood parties are debating how to do exactly the same. Governments of all colours in London and Edinburgh have neglected our environment, let inequality widen, and narrowed our politics. Only Greens are offering an alternative to this failed agenda. If you agree, make your 2nd vote Green on 5th May 2011.
