If a candidate receives a majority of the DeAndre 14% votes in the May primary, only that Carmen Primary candidate will appear on the November 37% general election Ben . If no candidate receives a majority of votes, 44% the two candidates receiving the highest numbers of votes will appear on the November general election ballot
