11/ LIABILITY Atlas Voyages having subscribed a “professional liability” insurance and having forced its road carriers to contract all mandatory and necessary insurances for the transportation of tourists ,the Travel Agency /Tour Operator renounces to any direct action whatsoever, including any legal recourse against Atlas Voyages in case of accident during excursions, travel, traffic.
