Effective June 1, 2017 SPORT HORSE YEAR END AWARDS PROGRAM The Sport Horse Year End Awards program is designed to acknowledge, reward and promote the versatility of the Amer- ican Saddlebred within the various disciplines and are open to both registered purebred and registered Half Saddlebred horses. Disciplines in which horses may earn points are: dressage, driving, hunter, jumper, eventing, and distance riding (competitive trail riding and endurance) and Western Dressage. ENROLLMENT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Owner’s Name: ______1. Horse must be registered with either the American Saddlebred Registry, Inc. or with the Phone#: ______ASHA #: ______Half Saddlebred Registry of America at the times scores are earned. Address: ______2. Owner must be a member of the ASHA at the time scores are earned. ______3. Each horse must be enrolled in the Sport Horse Year End Awards Program, before scores can E-mail: ______be counted. 4. Competitions must be recognized by USEF, Equine Canada or by the National Affiliate for Registered Name of Horse: ______that discipline such as USDF, AERC, ADS or CDS, etc. Age: ______Sex: ______Height: ______5. Enrollment fee is $25.00 for lifetime enrollment.
