Training Officer December 2016 to March 2017 International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) Description: • In collaboration with Training Specialist designing, planning and coordinating detailed training plan taking into account the needs of partner government institution and evaluate the impact of the training. • Facilitate Training Specialist in effective management, implementation of all training activities as per work plan focusing on achieving the set outputs and outcome. • Responsible for successful conduct of training activities, designing training package, including methodologies, procedures and modalities for effective training and coordination with all actors to make arrangements and timely execution. • Review of all training packages by analyzing the course contents, methodology and efficacy and effectiveness of training materials, impact assessment and feedbacks on improving training program etc. Manage all training related files, documents, correspondence and respond to training program related queries and prepare high quality training program reports. Achievements: • Manual development for the training of ECP Staff. • Planning, Coordination, facilitation and monitoring of training to 105 ECP Staff Grade 8-16, and 80 EOs from Grade 17-19 and also conducted Bridge training on Legal Framework, Delimitation, Gender and Election Modules. 4. Achievements Worked as a long-term election observer during and after the General elections 2013, Local Government Elections, and in Senate Elections. Conducted Capacity Building Trainings for ECP Staff Grade 8-16 and trained 200 Staff. Module development and conducted training workshops for DROs, ROs, and AROs of Local Government Elections in Sindh 2013. Conducted Trainings for District Voter Education Committees throughout Sindh. Conducted Orientation workshop for 34 District Training Coordinators, Dy DTC and DivTCs. Trained 20496 Polling personnel in 681 trainings throughout Sindh. 5.
