In accordance with the provisions of Article I9( 1) of the EPA (Licensing) Regulations I994 to 2008, the Agency is required to notify the Minister for the Environment of receipt of an application for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control licence which is supported by an environmental impact statement and which relates to an activity likely to have significant effects on the environment in another Member State of the European Communities.
