The Bidders should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category & Field of specialization, enlisted with Local Council Board, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2019-20. Any work awarded and work order issued by the Tehsil Municipal Administration without E-tendering System shall be null and void henceforth. 6- The documents must be attached with the bids such as i.e. 2% Earnest Money in shape of Original call deposit (with photocopy) in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer, Tehsil Municipal Administration, Takht Bhai from scheduled banks. 7- Sealed bids must be sent through Registered Mail / Couriers service should reached on Schedule date & time. And will be opened on the same date & time. In the presence of bidders by the tender committee. Delay in delivery of the tender documents will be the responsibility of bidders. 8- The Contractors / Firms who quotes their bid / rates more than 10% below, the engineer estimate shall submit an additional security in shape of call deposit equal to 8% of the estimated cost. After commencement of work by the successful bidders 8% call deposit may be replaced with bank guarantee of the same amount from the schedule bank. 9- In case the bidder quote more than 10% below rate estimated cost and the bid is not accompanied by the additional security the bid shall be considered as non-responsive and 2nd lowest bidders and so on will be considered accordingly. 10- The tender forms and BOQs must be signed by the original Contractors / Firms. 11- Bid security of the entire bidder will be retained by the employer till approval of tender /bids validity period. 12- Complete bid both “Original & duplicate” must be reached to the Tehsil Municipal Administration, Takht Bhai on or before the fixed date / time and the duplicate copy will be sent to the Local Council Board, Peshawar through special messenger by Tehsil Municipal Administration, Takht Bhai as per instruction of the Provincial Government. 13- Any bidder who provided incorrect information shall be disqualified. 14- In case of bids became tie the award of contract shall be decided through draw among them. 15- Department will not be bound to provide any machinery/Testing Laboratory its expenses will be borne by the contractor/Company/Firm themselves. 16- All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act, 2013. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Act No.XXI of 2013 for work, consulting and non-consulting services as listed in the schedule-II of the Act/ ibid. Subject:- TENTATIVE SENIORITY LIST OF MALE BS-19 OFFICERS (TEACHING CADRE) I am directed to refer to your letter No.3961 dated 18-12-2014 on the subject noted above and to state that Secretary E&SE has approved the Tentative Seniority List of Male BS-19 officers of Teaching Cadre as stood on 28-11-2014 which may be circulated amongst all concerned inviting objections if any and its subsequent conversion into final seniority list. The ups and downs in the seniority position as per column No.7 of the tentative seniority list may be corrected while submitting final seniority list of Male BS-19 Officers. Those officers who are retired from service, died, left the department and / or dismissed from service may be deleted from the final seniority list.
