Introduction Based on the development of local characteristic advantage agricultural industry, exploring the mode of industrial poverty alleviation and increasing the income of poor farmers is one of the focus issues concerned by many experts and scholars. Huaian County, Hebei Province, explored the leading drive, share dividends and employment-driven and other industrial poverty alleviation model. Yuzhong County, Gansu Province, has explored the industrial poverty alleviation model of cultivating and strengthening the leading enterprises of agricultural precision poverty alleviation industry, extending the industrial chain, improving the value chain and sharing the benefit chain. The spring and fish industry in Xiuning County, Anhui Province, takes the farmers professional cooperatives as the core link, one connects the poor households and the other connects the market, which opens up a new path of poverty alleviation in the characteristic industries. -

So Crooked They Have to Screw Their Pants On Part 3: The Guo Boxiong Edition James Mulvenon On 30 July, the Central Committee announced that General Guo Boxiong, who served as vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission between 2002 and 2012, was expelled from the Chinese Communist Party and handed over to prosecutors for accepting bribes “on his own and through his family . for aiding in the promotion [of officers].” Guo’s expulsion comes one year after similar charges against his fellow CMC vice-chair Xu Caihou, who died of bladder cancer in March 2015. This article examines the charges against Guo, places them in the context of the larger anti-corruption campaign within the PLA, and assesses their implications for Xi Jinping’s relationship with the military and for party-army relations. Received: 5 June 2015 / Accepted: 20 July 2015 / Published: 28 July 2015 Abstract: We aimed to identify significant factors of selenium (Se) nutrition of children in Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) endemic areas and non-KBD area in Shaanxi Province for providing evidence of whether it is the time to stop applying Se-enriched salt in KBD areas. A cross-sectional study contained 368 stratified randomly selected children aged 4–14 years was conducted with 24-h retrospective questionnaire based on a pre-investigation. Food and hair samples were collected and had Se contents determined with hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Average hair Se content of 349.0 ˘ 60.2 ng/g in KBD-endemic counties was significantly lower than 374.1 ˘ 47.0 ng/g in non-KBD counties. -

This paper takes Yan'anas the study area, analyses the current situation of the policy, calculates the carbon sequestration value by using the afforestation area and woodland area in Yanan in 2019, and explores its carbon emission trading potential. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the amount of carbon sequestration increased by 203575.5 t due to the afforestation in 2019 in Yan'an. The green economy income of Yan'an can be increased by 5.8528 million RMB, because of it. The carbon sequestration value of total woodland is 120 million RMB, which can increase the forestry output value of Yan'an by 19.32%. (2) The new carbon sequestration benefit of northern area is higher than that of southern area in Yan’an; the highest carbon sequestration benefit of returning farmland to forest isWuqi County’s 35307.29t, and its value is 1.015 million RMB, it can be increased by 0.15% of the green economy income. (3) The industrial counties Huangling County and Huanglong County, the industrial counties Luochuan County and Yichuan County carry out carbon trading respectively, under the condition of ensuring the output value of the secondary industry in the industrial county, it can increase the green economy income of the total output value of Huanglong County and Yichuan County by 0.73% respectively. -
