13th February 2020 Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey Dear Parent/Carer,

I am organising an Ice Hockey trip to the Viola Arena in Cardiff Bay to watch Cardiff Devils play against Coventry Blaze in a league match on Wednesday 18th March 2020. The bus will leave Milford Haven School at 15:20 and will return to school at approximately 11:00pm-11:30pm. Face off for the game is 19:30 and therefore my aim is to stop en route to the game for something to eat. Therefore, please ensure they have money for food and souvenirs should they wish to buy. The total cost for the trip is £20.00, and as it will be a popular trip it will be by a first come first served basis for places. If your child would like to go on the trip please fill in the slip below and return along with the money/cheque to me as soon as you can. I am limited to only 48 tickets for this game so I have set out the following criteria.

CRITERIA FOR THE TRIP:

 No major behaviour issues in school during this academic year.  I will be speaking with all heads of house prior to the trip to see if there are any issues.  Once you have received a place on the trip, any behaviour issues after this will result in you NOT coming on the trip.
