Musician Brief

Deadline for proposal: Monday 24th May 2021 Organisation: Archives, Gallery & Museums (AAGM) Audience: Families and Early Years Children

We are looking to recruit an experienced Musician to create and deliver live music for a storytelling event, working alongside a professional Storyteller and inspired by the Aberdeen Archives, Gallery & Museums collections. The storytelling event will form part of our public programme for families and early years children and will support engagement with the AAGM permanent collections.

The successful candidate will meet with learning officers Karen Jamieson and Ruth Kent to hear about the chosen themes and artworks that will inspire the events.

Where: The events may take place onsite in Aberdeen Art Gallery or online via Microsoft Teams.

When: The event will take place on 4th or 11th of August 2021.

Rate: We follow the 2021 rates of pay and will pay the day rate between £189.15 and £302.90 depending on experience.
