November was the best month in sales for the year, with 128,000 car and light commercial vehicle quotas. In October, they were 122,000, while September closed at 92 thousand participants, which indicates an upward movement in the segment. The number of active participants reached 3.32 million last November, 5.1% above the same month in 2015, 3.16 million participants.
