You will start at a before-tax contribution rate of 3% of Ongoing Compensation (that is, base salary/regular pay and non-annual cash incentive compensation, as defined in “Defined Terms” beginning on page 48). Unless you elect otherwise, those contributions will be invested in a Target Date Fund based on your age and an assumed retirement age of 65. Each year, your contribution rate will increase by 1%, up to a total contribution rate of 5%. Keep in mind that you may change your contribution rate and/or investment elections at any time.
