* Programme Officer of National Service Scheme (Indian government-sponsored public service program conducted by the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India) ‘2002-05

Responsibilities: Organised camps and programmes of Graduate students for mobilizing village folks to identify the needs and problems of the community and involve them in problem solving process; develop among them a sense of social and civic responsibility; help them gain skills in mobilizing community participation, and acquire leadership qualities and democratic attitude.

SOCIAL SERVICES
