New Business Harris County Public Health Mosquito Rebecca Riley explained that they do not spray unless they find Control -Overview and Product mosquitos with disease or after a declared emergency. Robert Reiger Responded to questions about the status of the proposed Levitt Pavilion and the news that the city is exploring purchase of the Shell Research Facility.
