How does membership work? Each member is allocated a dedicated team of three, an Account Director, Account Manager and Account Assistant, whom are available in person, on the phone or via email. Each team manages a huge variety of requests, all of which are looked after with meticulous attention to detail – no matter how large or small.

Is there a need for membership with an assistant? With over ten years of experience, our teams have specialist knowledge and excellent contacts. This, combined with our constant on-going research, means we add value and efficiency to our members’ lives. We aim to complement our members’ assistants and household teams.

How do we differ from our competitors? We focus on quality rather than quantity. Since our membership is capped, we offer a higher level of service and focus on each member’s individual needs. Our recommendations are honest, impartial and always thoroughly researched. In addition, we are well- informed on the latest products or services that may appeal to our members.
