We manage a huge variety of requests, with the same meticulous attention to detail and a swift turnaround whether they’re large or small. I already have an assistant, what can Concierge add? With over 15 years’ experience, we have built a wealth of knowledge and carefully chosen contacts, so we complement the work of our members’ assistants. We are always on hand for urgent, specialised or last-minute tasks, acting as an extension to existing teams, adding value and efficiency. How do we differ from our competitors? Our focus is on quality rather than quantity. Because Concierge membership is capped, we can offer a higher, more bespoke level of service. It is our policy never to mark up prices and always negotiate with suppliers.
