Ham and Swiss: Sliced ham from The Pork Shop served toasted on Noble bread with spicy (horseradish based) “Rough Stuff” from Wonder Mustard and Swiss cheese. Comes with two pickle slices and choice of chips or salad.

Turkey and Provolone: Sliced Smoked Turkey from Caldwells BBQ and Provolone Cheese served on Noble Bread with Mayo and Cracked Pepper. Toasted and served with two pickle slices and choice of chips or salad.

COCKTAIL WINE #BreakfastWine | White Wine Meets Citrus + Bubbles A seasonal selection of citrus from the around the valley. Juiced by hand, blended with white wine, kegged and carbonated. Don’t overthink it. Just like mimosas at your house on Sunday - but better.

Sonoran Spritz | Appetizer Wine Encapsulated Arizona sunshine. An homage to the Italian Spritz. Slightly bitter, slightly sweet - massively refreshing. Wine distillate infused with Agritopia’s Valencia orange peels, Sonoran & alpine herbs/spices, sweetened with agave syrup, colored with cochineal, mixed with white wine & carbonated. A run-on sentence’s worth of good times. Serve over ice with an olive & lime wedge.

WHITE WINE 2018 Garage-East Sparkling Wine | Willcox, AZ A blend of 50% Pinot Gris & 50% from the Buhl Memorial . We gave this wine the full on sparkling treatment. Whole clusters gently pressed, then fermented & aged in a single 400 liter neutral French barrel. Bottled exclusively in 1.5 liter magnums after 6 months for second fermentation & carbonation. Disco ball bright sparkle beams of acid driven refreshment. Melon & marshmallow circus peanut aromas. Citrus laden palate waking mousse.

2020 Garage-East White Blend | Willcox, AZ 20% each Petit Manseng, , & Blanc from the Cimarron Vineyard; 10% each , , & Chardonnay from the Buhl Memorial Vineyard. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented & aged in mix of neutral 500L barrels & concrete egg shaped tanks. Flowers. Melons. Petrichor.

2020 Garage-East Green Wine | Willcox, AZ 25% Each Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Malvasia. Buhl Memorial Vineyard. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented & aged in mix of neutral 500L barrels. “Vinho Verde” style wine. Lightly carbonated, Crisp, Tart, Green Apple Jolly Rancher 2020 Garage-East Pinot Gris | Willcox, AZ Hand picked Pinot Gris from Arizona’s oldest producing vineyard, the Buhl Memorial Vineyard. Inspired by the ramato style wines from northeastern Italy. Whole clusters were foot crushed and fermented in contact with the grape skins, much like red wine. The cap was punched down twice daily. After 9 days , the were pressed & the copper hued liquid transferred into large, 500 liter neutral French oak barrels to rest for 6 months before filtration & kegging. Citrus & Iced tea flavors keep this wine refreshing to the max.

2016 Callaghan Vineyards Love Muffin | Sonoita + Willcox, AZ From Kent & Lisa Callaghan - a blend of Callaghan’s estate grown Sonoita Malvasia , & Riesling along with some Malvasia Bianca grown at the Buhl Memorial Vineyard in Willcox. Love Muffin = Kent’s wife, Lisa’s codename. Deep lychee, apricot & citrus blossom aromas. Full powerful flavors that mirror the nose with a spicy finish.

PINK WINE 2020 Garage-East Rose | Willcox, AZ Light, dry and refreshing - 60% Grenache, 35% , 5% Mourvedre. Hand picked whole clusters were crushed by foot and allowed to soak for 24 hours in contact with the skins. The fruit was then pressed and the juice settled overnight. Aged 60% in used 500 liter barrel and 40% in tank for fermentation and aging. Aged 6 months in contact with the lees before filtration and kegging.

2015 Garage-East Orchard | Willcox, AZ A full blend from the Cimarron Vineyard! , Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and more! Hand picked. Fermented in open top bins. Aged in a mix of French, Austrian & American barrels and a little concrete tanks. Kegged without fining or filtration. 2018 Garage-East Red Blend | Willcox, AZ Strange Italian bedfellows. 40% , 40% Montepulciano & 20% hand picked from the Cimarron Vineyard. Grapes are destemmed, but not crushed. Punched two times daily for 14-21 days before . Settled for 24 hours before into new & used 225l & 228l French oak barrels. Bottled after 24 months without fining or filtration.

Cool soaked for 24-48 hours prior to inoculation. 14-21 day maceration with punchdowns twice daily. Pressed, settled overnight & racked into a mix of new & used 255L & 228L French oak barrels. occurred in barrel. Aged in barrels without racking for 24 months. Whole clusters rested overnight & destemmed (no crushing) the following day into 1 ton bins. Cool soaked for 24-48 hours prior to inoculation. 14-21 day maceration with punchdowns twice daily. Pressed, settled overnight & racked into a mix of new & used 255L & 228L French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation occurred in barrel. Aged in barrels without racking for 24 months. Exceptionally intense fruit selected for this blend. Intensely deep red in the glass. Spiced dark red cherries. Chewy, mouth coating, grippy. Lingers. Wants your best burger game. Your short rib. 2007 Dos Cabezas WineWorks Syrah | Eaglepoint Ranch, CA Lovely Syrah from farmer Casey Hartlip at the Eaglepoint Ranch in Mendocino, CA. 2011 Chateau Tumbleweed Merlot | Yavapai County, AZ Aged 14 months in 33% new and 67% neutral French oak. Due to extremely limited supply, the only Yavapai County (Northern Arizona) fruit Tumbleweed was able to source in their first four years. From Alcantara Vineyards (at the confluence of Oak Creek and the Verde River in Cottonwood) this 66% whole- cluster fermented Merlot is built more like a . Lighter in color and body, but intensely grippy, tannic and earthy with incredible acid balance. Let it open a bit and the classic Merlot character and cooler, Northern AZ influence pop out. Only 3 barrels produced. to stay----->magnum bottle = $190.00

2013 Chateau Tumbleweed Syrah | Cochise County, AZ 100% Syrah from Cimarron Vineyards at 4,300 Ft. elevation. Syrah was left 33% whole-cluster Pressed at dryness after 10 days skin contact. Settled 2 days before barreling. Aged 6 months in 23% new French oak and 9 additional months in 100% neutral French oak. One of Tumbleweed’s most special wines of 2013 and one of Joe’s proudest in 10 years. Fermented ~33% whole- cluster for added structure and spice, this wine is dark, layered and complex while still showing remarkable balance. Only three barrels produced. to stay----->magnum bottle = $145.00 2012 Caduceus Cellars La Cortigiane Oneste | New Mexico 50% Barbera, 50% Merlot. Light to medium bodied, this blend speaks with an old world palate. Violets, cedar, vanilla, and nutmeg-like spice. Savory with a hint of sweet - black cherry, plum, dried cranberries. Open top bin maceration combined with modified cold carbonic maceration. Cask and puncheon aged 18 months. New and neutral French oak. to stay----->magnum = $175.00

2012 Caduceus Cellars Nagual de la Naga | Graham Co., AZ 66% Sangiovese & 34% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Bonita Springs Vineyard. Ruby hued Arizona expression of a now classic Tuscan style blend. Blackberry, cedar & spice notes. 'Crushed violets and pencil shavings'. Cherries on steroids - with hints of campfire roasted tomato and savory spice. With a vigorous finish that goes the distance, this wine is a good candidate for cellaring. Hand picked, sorted and punched. Open top bin maceration combined with modified cold carbonic maceration. Cask and puncheon aged 18 months. New and neutral French oak. to stay----->standard bottle = $119.00 , magnum = $175.00

DESSERT WINE 2010 Dos Cabezas WineWorks Boxcar | Willcox, AZ A fortified wine from the Cimarron Vineyard - 33% Tempranillo, 20% Petite Sirah, 17% Mourvedre, 12% Tinta Cao, 9% Souzao & 9% Aleatico. Grape wine distillate is added to the fermenting must to stop the fermentation while still remains. Aged in neutral barrels.
