At present, research on the correlation between bryophytes and the rocky desertification environment is in its infancy, and basic questions about the ecological response of bryophytes to rocky desertification, including biodiversity, community succession, interspecific relationships and photosynthetic physiology need to be answered urgently. Results: results showed that significant differences in diversity, interspecific association and chlorophyll characteristics were observed among different degrees of rocky desertification.
