MINUTES OF MEETING OF GOVERNING BODY OF DUDA SOUTH·EAST 11:OOAMIN THE OFFICE OF DISTRICT MAGISTRATE (SOUTH·EAST).

A meeting of Governing Body of DUDA (South-East) was held under the Chairmanship of District Magistrate (Sout - East) on 08/11/2016 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall of the office of District Magistrate (South-East) as per t e meeting notice/agenda issued vide no. ADM/SE/DUDAl2016-2017/987-1003 dated 03/11/2016.

Following Members/Officers were present in the meeting:

OM (South-East) welcomed all the members/participants and following issues were discussed in the meeting:

1. The minutes of last meeting of Governing Body of DUDA (South-East) held on 13/07/2016 at 11:30 AM [alre y circulated vide NO.ADM/SE/DUDAl2015-2016/484-498 dated 02/08/2016] were placed/presented before e Governing Body of DUDA (South-East) and the same were approved. Further, it was also taken on record t at the Governing Body meeting scheduled on 04/08/2016 vide meeting notice no. ADM/SE/DUDAl2016-2017/4 9- 515 dated 02/08/2016 could not be held due to administrative exigencies/grounds.

2. The complete details of projects/works approved/sanctioned under MLA-LAD Fund Scheme & Mohalla Sabha C• LAD Fund Scheme during the Financial Year 2015-16 & 2016-17 (upto date of meeting) [annexed s Annexure-A & B) were placed/presented before the Governing Body of DUDA (South-East) in the meeting nd concerned executing departments' officers intimated the physical progress of the works/projects.

3. The financial position under MLA-LAD Fund Scheme & Mohalla Sabha/C-LAD Fund Scheme during the curr nt year (upto date of meeting) [annexed as Annexure-C) was placed/presented before the Governing Body of DUDA (South-East) in the meeting by Treasurer (DUDA- South-East)/Sr. Accounts Officer (South-East).

4. The Governing Body of DUDA (South-East) approved all the estimates (under MLA-LAD Fund Schem & Mohalla Sabha/C-LAD Fund Scheme) which have been sanctioned by OM (SE) during the Financial Year 20 5- 16 & 2016-17 (upto date of meeting) for execution of works by the executing agencies. 5. Some representatives of Executing Agencies showed concern about UD Department, GNCTD guidelines related to release of funds under MLALAD Fund Scheme as per which only 50% funds are released at the time of sanction and balance 50% funds are released after the completion of work. In this regard, it was decided that Executing Agencies/Departments shall submit written representation on the matter to DUDA (South-East) and thereafter DUDA (South-East) shall refer the matter to UD DepartmenLfcrv- ~~ .

6. It was also discussed/clarified in the meeting that the members of the Governing Body have been nominated by the Designation of Post as per Rules and Regulation of the Society (DUDA, District South-East) and therefore any incumbent shall automatically be the member of the Governing Body during holding the said Post.
