SOYBEAN CROP FIRST SURVEY KHARIF 2017 State-Wise/Division SOYBEAN CROP FIRST SURVEY KHARIF 2017 State-wise/Division-wise/District-wise area under Soybean cultivation during Kharif 2017 MADHYA PRADESH Observations : 1) Overall area in MP has decreased by 11% and the shift is to other crops like Urad, Moong, Maize, etc. 2) Early maturating varieties of Soybean like JS 96-60 and JS 93-05 have been sown in most of the area (approx. 85%) of the state. 3) Some crop in the Khandwa, Khargone and Barwani districts of Madhya Pradesh has suffered moisture stress because there was no rain during the last 20-25 days. This may affect the productivity adversely. 4) The Overall crop of the state is at Pod formation to grain filling stage and condition of the crop is normal. This may affect the productivity adversely. 2) Soybean Variety JS-335 remains the most popular in the state and it covers approximately 80% of the total area under soybean in the state. 3) The overall crop of the state is in satisfactory condition. 4) The area under Tur and cotton by way of intercropping in Soybean has reduced as compared to last year. However, due to intercropping about 5% area may still have been reported twice. It would, therefore, be prudent to factor the acreage number accordingly. We evaluate Division and district wise accuracy of transactions and business growth percentages. Generally we take four divisions Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior. Each division we select four districts. We take districts in Indore Alirajpur, Dhar, Barwani, Khandwa. In Bhopal Raisen, Rajgarh, Sehore, Vidisha. In Jabalpur Katni, Seoni Mandla, Balaghat. In Gwalior Datia, Guna, Shivpuri, Ashoknagar. We used three different types of data sets Bag of Words, Twenty News Group data sets, Legal Case Reports Datasets in the Experiments. For experimental results analysis evaluated using the analytical MATLAB 7.14 software is used. The experimental results show the proposed approach best performs.     Anthropological Survey of India, Govt, of India, Indian Museum, Calcutta ABO Blood Groups and Sickle-cell Trait Investigations in Madhya Pradesh Indore District (Central India) Narendra Kumar From May to July 1963, the Author conducted field investigations on ABO blood groups and sickle-cell trait distributions in Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. Five hundred individuals belonging to four castes, the Kulmi, the Khati, the Mali and the Balai or Balahis, and a tribe, the Bhil, were tested. Ninety-five blood samples col­ lected from a number of other castes were also tested. The Kulmi or Kulambi caste is distributed throughout Central India. This caste is known as the Patidar in Gujerat and Kunbi in Maharashtra. In Indore division of Madhya Pradesh, the Kulmi are subdivided into a number of subsections such as the Kadve, the Leve, the Khade and the Moria Kulmi. The present study was re­ stricted to the Kadve subsection only. The Mali are also divided into a number of subcastes and the present study has been conducted among the Rami Mali subcaste. The Khati are generally known to be artisans as in Sitamau of Mandsaur district. But the Khati investigated in the present study are actually agriculturists living in Rangwasa and Tihi, the two villages situated on the outskirts of Indore and Mhow towns respectively. The Balai is a scheduled caste of weavers and watchmen (Russel, 1916) and occupy a low social status in caste hierarchy. Their caste structure, social life and material culture have been studied by Fuchs (1950). The Bhil, a scheduled tribe of central and west India has also been investigated.

Apart from the fact that the proper implementation of policy depends on the ability of the administrative authorities concerned to quantify accurately the variables involved, it is at these levels that policies get really thoroughly tested; also, policies can fail-and probably have failed-because their statistical basis was weak.
