• Investment to replace unsupported/aging/broken Wi-Fi infrastructure on the AV grounds in order to maintain/improve visitor experience and avoid continual Wi-Fi failures. • Phased approach over 3 years with initial focus on media, photo/, web area, Welcome Center, and some high traffic areas on main square • Phase II in 2016 potential focus on other areas of the grounds, exhibit areas, Warbirds and other high traffic areas • Phase III in 2017 potential focus on Campground areas

Fulfillment Phase I Timeline Volunteer Fulfillment Website Updates: • Option for volunteer data from previous year to be pre-populated • Confirmation email for items submitted • Time out issues addressed • More user friendly (hints, tips, condensed forms/expanded forms)

Confirmation Tabs: • You will need to confirm each request form • If you have any changes after submitting the form, you will need to email either Michelle Holt or Barb Blanck • Please add an email address if you wish for someone other than the Chair and Staff Liaison to receive a confirmation email

Furniture Requests: • Reminder: Click on “Load Last Year’s Data” to view data from 2014 • Request any furniture needed by clicking on the description i.e. “Chairs” •There will pictures of items and colors for certain items • Reminder: Once all items are requested, click on “Confirmation” at the bottom of the page •Add Date needed or any additional instructions

Sign Requests: • You may switch between Interior and Exterior signs as well as Existing and New signs by clicking on the Interior or Existing text. •Add in requested information. •If need additional signs, click on the box “Add Another” •Add Date needed or any additional instructions

Please note: We will make our best efforts to accommodate your requests. Transportation assignments will be made based upon equipment availability and critical need.

Fulfillment Phase I Communication: •Click on the tab “ Configuration” to create radio configuration. •Create a name you wish to title the Radio Configuration •Drag and drop radio options listed to the desired channel number •Then press Save Radio Configuration

Fulfillment Phase I Communication Con’t: •Click on Assign to Volunteers •Assign Radio Configurations, Speaker Mic, Loaner Cell, etc. by finding the volunteer in the list of volunteers.

Volunteer Information: •To add a new volunteer, click on the blue “Add a Volunteer” tab •To edit a current volunteer, click on the “Info” tab to the right of the volunteer name •New this year: Click on Add Volunteer and add their EAA# and Last Name in the “Find Volunteer” Section and the volunteer information will populate •you need to change their information once submitted, please email Barb Blanck at [email protected] •Form requests the same information from last year

Fulfillment Timeline • At the discretion of the Volunteer Chair and Staff Liaison for each area, the following additional rewards may be granted: o A complimentary daily wristband for volunteers contributing at least 4 hours of volunteer time – $30 member-value o A complimentary weekly wristband for volunteers contributing at least 20 hours of volunteer time – $121 member-value o Complimentary camping at Audrey’s Park or any EAA camping locations may be available for “key volunteers” that contribute at least 60+ hours of volunteer time for AirVenture – $26 / day member value**

• **A “key volunteer” is someone that is essential to the volunteer area’s operations. Examples include volunteers who are leaders, who are essential in the planning/preparing process, or who have a special technical skill that is needed in the area. At the discretion of the Volunteer Chair, areas of convention may have more stringent rewards.

Volunteer Brick Award Update What are Weekend Work Parties: • Essential in the preparation of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh grounds and buildings • Weekend days available between May-July • Projects include building picnic tables, gardening, general maintenance, carpentry, painting, and more! • Great way to give back to EAA with a group or by yourself.

What is in it for you? • Housing provided during your stay • Meals • Special Saturday night programming • A weekend to remember and the knowledge that you helped prepare for the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration

2. Special Saturday Night Programming: • One Week Wonder • Gov’t Advocacy Update • Ballooning Presentation, plus more
