All the cases treated symptomatically. Health education given. Cases of loose motion reported from Village-Kuravapalli, SC- Eramireddygaripalli, Mandal/Block/PHC Pulicherla, CHNC Sadum District Chittoor. District RRT investigated the outbreak. 03 Rectal iii. Acute Swabs collected and sent to Microbiology Dept. SVMC, Tirupati. 04 Under Chittoor Diarrheal water samples collected and sent to Regional Public Health Lab, 23 0 10-05-15 17-05-15 Surveillance Disease Tirupati. Two water samples were found non potable for drinking Andhra purposes. All 3 rectal samples tested negative. All the cases treated 2. Pradesh symptomatically in a medical camp. Cases of pain, abdomen, vomiting and diarrhea reported from Village Kotda, Mathsar, PHC Lambadiya, Taluka Poshina, District xiii. Food Under Sabarkantha. District RRT investigated the outbreak. All the cases Gujarat Sabarkantha 102 0 08-05-15 13-05-15 Poisoning Surveillance consumed Prasad in a religious ceremony (Badha Function). 01 stool samples collected and tested at DPHL was found negative for any pathogen. Medical camp organized in the area and all cases treated symptomatically. Health education given. Cases reported from Village Abhara, Block Handod, Karjan, District xiv. Acute Under Vadodara. District RRT investigated the outbreak. House to house Vadodara Diarrheal 10 0 10-05-15 12-05-15 survey done. Consumption of contaminated water could be the Control Disease probable cause of the outbreak. Chlorination done. One water sample sent to Govt. lab was found to be potable. All the cases were treated symptomatically. Health education given. Cases of fever with rash reported from village Kalinjar, SC Bajhera PHC Ujina, District Mewat. District RRT investigated the outbreak. Under Active search for cases done. Majority of cases were less than 10 7. Haryana Mewat xv. Measles 06 0 06-05-15 18-05-15 Surveillance years of age. A total of 03 stool samples collected and sent to Medical College Ranchi; result awaited. All cases treated symptomatically. Health education given. Cases reported from Village Kataribeda/HSC Rajabasa, CHC /Block Thethaitanger, District Simdega. District RRT investigated the xviii. Food Under Simdega 3 2 08-05-15 12-05-15 outbreak. All 3 cases had consumed meat of the function cooked one Jharkhand Surveillance Poisoning day before. Medical camp organized in the area and all cases treated symptomatically. Health awareness camps organized on food hygiene and sanitation. Cases reported from Village Kollur, PHC Chandrappa circle, Taluk Under South Bangalore, District Bangalore Urban. District RRT investigated Bangalore xix. Fever 09 0 14-05-15 15-05-15 urban Surveillance the outbreak. House to house search done. 04 serum samples sent for lab investigation; result awaited. All cases treated symptomatically. Health education given. Cases of pain abdomen and vomiting reported from Village/PHC xx. Food Under Yalagi Taluk Shorapur District Yadgiri. District RRT investigated the Yadgiri 30 0 16-05-15 17-05-15 Poisoning Surveillance outbreak. All cases consumed food served in a religious ceremony. 04 water samples sent for lab investigation; result awaited. All cases 9. Karnataka treated symptomatically. Health education given.
