Lead and Zinc are also among main minerals. Common minerals of economic significance are Galena (PbS) and Sphelerite (Zn, Fe). Some of the important Lead Zinc prospects of District Khuzdar require detailed exploration. Gunga Lead Zinc Barite has deposit of 10 million tones according to preliminary estimates (Geological Survey of Pakistan) wheres Surmai Lead Zinc deposit are estimated at 3 million tons Iron Ore deposits of Hematite are of economic significance at different localities in ultramafic rocks near Monar Talar. These deposits are being mined by private sector and transported down the country in raw form. Strontium and Copper deposits of good quality have been reported too. The Barite mineral in chemical composition of BaSo4 owing to its high specific gravity is used in production of oil well drilling mud, in paints, chemical ceramics, paper industries and manufacture of barium chemicals. Its large deposits occur at Gunga 16 Km to south-east of Khuzdar city with ore in interbedded limestone and shale. The zone of mineralization is about 1,380 meters long. The river segment between the Gomal Zam dam and a diversion barrage (~40 km) brings a huge load of sediments that negatively affects the downstream irrigation system, but the sediment sources have not been explored in detail in this sub-catchment. The analysis of flow and sediment data shows that the significant sediment yield is still contributing to the diversion barrage despite the Gomal Zam dam construction. However, the sediment share at the diversion barrage from the sub-catchment is much larger than its relative size. A spatial assessment of erosion rates in the sub-catchment with the revised universal soil loss equation (RUSLE) shows that most of −1 −1 the sub-catchment falls into very severe and catastrophic erosion rate categories (>100 t h y ). The samples of fish were procured from, Zhob River Balochistan with the help of local fishermen. Total 557 (342 Schizothorax progestus, 105 Caratus auratus, 60 Tor tor and 50 Glypothorax sp.) were procured from January to December. Noticeable difference in the values of temperature, pH, transparency and DO were not observed throughout the year and as per standards for aquatic biota. The length- weight relationship values indicated positive allometric and regression co-efficients (b) are 2.67, 2.50, 2.17 and 2.65 termed as satisfactory growth in C. auratus, S. progestus, Tor tor and Glypothorax sp., respectively. The values of condition factor (Kn = 1.0, 1.01, 0.97 and 1.31) in case of C. auratus, S. progestus, Tor tor and Glypothorax sp.respectively from Zhob River, Balochistan. Condition factor values show fluctuations in all size groups in different fish species. It is concluded that the physico-chemical parameters of Zhob river Balochistan were found to be within the suitable ranges of fish culture. Puede parecer que estamos juzgando estas tribus afganas y pakistaníes. Pero debemos recordar que sin la obra transformadora del Espíritu Santo, no seríamos diferentes de lo que ellos son. Los Pashtunes tienen un código cultural de honor llamado Pashtunwali, lo que pone un cierto equilibrio de moderación en su conducta, pero también los estimula a mayores actos de violencia y venganza. Por esta razón, no sólo vamos a orar por tribus Pashtunes específicas, sino también por aspectos del código de honor Pashtunwali y otras dinámicas culturales que pueden mantener a los Pashtunes haciendo lo que Dios quiere que hagan.
