SACHA BARON COHEN, JASON BATEMAN, STEVE CARELL, TINA FEY AND BEN STILLER TO PRESENT ON OSCAR® SHOW BEVERLY HILLS, CA - Comedic talents Sacha Baron Cohen, Jason Bateman, Steve Carell, Tina Fey and Ben Stiller will help bring laughs to the 82nd Academy Awards®, telecast producers Bill Mechanic and Adam Shankman announced. This will be the debut appearances for Baron Cohen and Bateman. Stiller has appeared on five previous Oscar telecasts, Carell has presented on three and Fey made her debut last year. Baron Cohen, who is known for creating outlandish characters, came to national attention in 2003 on the HBO series "Da Ali G Show," in which he played the title character. His film credits include "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby," "Borat Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan," "Sweeney Todd The Barber of Fleet Street" and "Bruno." Bateman is in the Oscar-nominated film "Up in the Air" and is attached to several upcoming projects. His other film credits include "Juno," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "Hancock" and "State of Play." He previously starred in the comedy cult hit "Arrested Development." Carell will be seen next in "Date Night" and recently completed work on "Despicable Me" and "Dinner for Schmucks." His other film credits include "The 40 Year-Old Virgin," "Evan Almighty," "Dan in Real Life" and "Get Smart." Fey came to prominence as a regular on "Saturday Night Live" and currently stars in, produces and writes for "30 Rock." She will be seen next opposite Carell in "Date Night." Her other film credits include "Mean Girls" and "Baby Mama." .

275. – PART ONE 275. Clifford (1994) Okay, here’s the deal: I don’t know you, you don’t know me, but if you are anywhere near a television right now I need you to stop whatever it is that you’re doing and go watch “Clifford” on HBO Max. This is another film that has a 10% score on Rotten Tomatoes which just leads me to believe that all of the critics who were popular in the nineties didn’t have a single shred of humor in any of their non-existent funny bones. I loved this movie when I was seven, and I love it even more when I’m thirty-three. It’s genius. Martin Short (who at the time was forty-four) plays a ten-year-old hyperactive nightmare child from hell. I mean it, this kid might actually be the devil. He is straight up evil, conniving, manipulative and all-told probably causes no less than ten million dollars-worth of property damage. And, again, the plot is so simple – he just wants to go to Dinosaur World. There are so many comedy films with such complicated plots and motivations for their characters, but the simplistic genius of “Clifford” is just this – all this kid wants on the entire planet is to go to Dinosaur World. That’s it. The movie starts with him and his parents on an plane to Hawaii for a business trip, and Clifford knows that Dinosaur Land is in Los Angeles, therefore he causes so much of a ruckus that the plane has to make an emergency landing.

After searching and scouring You Tube and IMDb for days, a large list of funny people was created. After cutting said list from a group of hopefuls that included Bon-Qui- Qui, the creatarrrs of Pirate Facebook, and whoever has been setting off the Wall, Phelps and Irby fire-alarms, the following 10 comedians and comediennes were selected for keeping us rolling on the floor and slapping our knees. 1. Tina Fey No surprise here. Tina Fey is a maverick filled with that maverick energy, but she's got more to her name than the best Sarah Palin impression this side of Alaska. Governor Palin herself described the Weekend Update host and star of "Baby Mama" as "a ｨｯｯｴｾ As the first female head writer of"Satur- day Night Live" and the creator of the hit NBC show "30 Rock," Fey has garnered five Emmys in the past two years as well as several hottest woman nomi· nations. Although male fans across the nation were disappointed when Fey traded her naughty secretary black-rimmed glasses for Palin lenses, she remains on the top of the current comedic scene. 2. Conan O'Brien Probably today's most prominent comedic writer and funniest male personality, Conan O'Brien earns the number two spot. ‘HEALING HANDS’ CAST BIOS EDDIE CIBRIAN (Buddy Hoyt) – A versatile actor who continues to expand his career in television and film, Eddie Cibrian is fast becoming one of the leading young actors in the business today. Born and raised in California, Cibrian began his acting career at the age of 12, landing a Coca-Cola commercial on his very first audition. Following the success of that spot, Cibrian appeared in numerous other national commercials. Upon entering high school, Cibrian decided to put his acting career on hold to pursue his other passion: Sports. He excelled in every sport he competed in – football, baseball, soccer and volleyball – and graduated high school with several All-State honors. Cibrian continued his successful athletic career when he entered UCLA’s football program in the fall of 1991. Unfortunately, an injury during his first year on the team left Cibrian sidelined, so he decided to return to acting. Cibrian immediately landed several national commercials and soon after, starred in Malcolm- Jamal Warner’s Emmy® Award winning television special “Kids Killing Kids.” The attention Cibrian garnered for his appearance on Warner’s special led to several soap opera auditions, including one for “The Young and the Restless.” The show’s producers were impressed with Cibrian’s acting abilities and created a character for him on the show, that of the conniving Matt Clark. He is neither tall nor short, and though he is broad-shouldered and hairy- chested, he doesn’t seem burly. With the ex- ception of his thumbs, which are cartoonishly wide and flat and appear to have been blud- geoned by a large rock (think Fred Flintstone, after an incident at the quarry), he is entirely inconspicuous. He could be your dentist, your waiter, your next-door neighbor. What Steve Carell is not is the kind of guy who is used to doing nude scenes in multimillion-dollar productions such as Evan Almighty, a spin-off from 2003’s Bruce Almighty. Sitting fully dressed in a director’s chair on a soundstage in Waynesboro, Virginia, the 42-year-old actor relives the moment a few days ago when his character, Evan Baxter, discovers the first sign that God (Morgan Freeman) has chosen him to become a modern-day Noah. Baxter embraces his new image by walking into his yard in noth- ing but his birthday suit and a long beard. “I had to wear a pouch held together by a string, not unlike the string that holds on a party mask,” Carell says, his hands folded like a second-grader’s above his lap.
