With all the excitement over the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras, it's easy to forget that Haiti still desperately needs our help. What better way to give to a country still in shambles - and to recover from Fat Tuesday - than by a laid-back and ,____ ----.=:::.:=:=:':;:::::::::::=::::::; fun-filled celebration of the arts? "Lambi A Rele," a Haitian Kreyol phrase mean- ing "the conch shell calls; is an upcoming fundraiser event planned and hosted by a group of Tulane alumni on Feb. 19 from 4 - 7 p.m. at the Zeitgeist Multi-Disci- plinary Arts Center (1618 Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard). This celebration of the arts will both benefit Haiti and promise to be a great start to the weekend. With live music, traditional Haitian food and drink - including rum punch - a display of photographs and Haitian art, a raffle, silent auction and a few surprises, Lrunbi A Rele is not to be missed.
