Éliane de la Cruz sera la déléguée de la Guadeloupe qui devient la 23e région de l’ARAF, Éliane devra en assurer sa mise place et veiller à son bon fonctionnement. La première journée régionale Guadeloupe est fixée au 20 novembre 2019. Chers adhérents de Guadeloupe j’espère que vous viendrez nombreux à cette première !
