The School will only accept those students who can benefit from the education that is provided. It is the responsibility of School Principals, within a set of general guidelines laid down by the Director General, to apply this criterion in all cases. To ensure the application of this principle, the following conditions apply: • The first six weeks of school are probationary and during this period the suitability of courses and classes will be assessed. The School reserves the right to cancel the Enrolment Contract if the assessment shows that it is unable to offer the education that a particular student needs. In particular cases the School reserves the right to extend this probationary period. • If the assessment shows that a student needs educational assistance beyond the general programme provided by the school, the Principal may deem additional support to be required. Any costs incurred by such support services are charged in addition to the regular school fees. • The class indicated on the Enrolment Contract should be considered provisional and may be changed by the Principal if she/he deems this to be appropriate. • The Enrolment Contract is offered on the basis of the information available to Principals at the time of accepting the student. As stated on the application form, the School reserves the right to cancel a place if the information supplied is inadequate or incorrect and/or it judges that it is unable to offer the education that a particular student needs. School Rules / Expectations of Students Parents undertake to ensure that their children respect all school rules and in particular the obligation to attend classes on a regular basis throughout the school year. Students agree that information regarding school work such as reports and attendance be communicated to the person signing the Enrolment Contract (parent or legal guardian). The School reserves the right to suspend temporarily or exclude permanently a student who does not respect the school rules. General & Financial Conditions | School Year 2021 – 2022 3 ENROLMENT CONTRACT – GENERAL CONDITIONS Suspension and Exclusion The School may suspend temporarily or exclude permanently a student when it believes that this is in the student’s or other students’ best interests. Expectations of Parents The School expects parents to treat other members of the School community with courtesy and respect. The School reserves the right to cancel an Enrolment Contract if it judges that a parent has shown a persistent lack of courtesy and respect to members of the School community. Student Emergency Card and health information All children attending school are required to have health and accident insurance coverage. The Student Emergency Card must be filled out online as soon as your child starts school. It must be updated every year and also in case any family details change (address, contact number, insurance, etc.). From the beginning of the school year, students will participate in field trips and outdoor activities. Without a completed or updated Student Emergency Card prior to this, children will unfortunately not be able to participate. Personal Liability The School is not liable for material damage or injury to others caused by your child even if the event takes place on school grounds. Your personal liability, covered or not by an insurance, will apply in such situations. Subject choices For programmes where students are required to select options from a range of subjects offered, for example for the IB Diploma, the Foundation reserves the right not to run classes in a subject if there is insufficient demand. Each school will determine its required minimum number of students for a course to run. International Baccalaureate (IB) Regulations Parents whose children are enrolled in an International Baccalaureate programme (Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, Diploma Programme, or Career-related Programme) accept, in signing the School’s Contract, the IB regulations that apply to these programmes. Copies of the IB regulations for the relevant programme are issued to parents by School Principals and can be consulted on the individual school pages of the web site. Living Arrangements Students must live with their parents or a close relative who can be named legal guardian and the School reserves the right to terminate the Enrolment Contract if this is not the case. 4 General & Financial Conditions | School Year 2021 – 2022 ENROLMENT CONTRACT – GENERAL CONDITIONS Data protection Ecolint may collect community members’ personal data relating to enrolment, tuition or fundraising activities. It respects the Swiss data protection legislation as well as the European general data protection regulations and treats the information about its students and parents as strictly confidential. Ecolint commits not to sell or make this information available to third parties. This data is exclusively used for internal, statistical or fundraising purposes. You can find our detailed data protection and privacy policy on our website under www.ecolint.ch/privacy Policy for the use of images and recordings of students by the School The School may wish to photograph, film or record enrolment processes. Conformément à l’article 5 de l’Ordonnance fédérale sur l’eau potable et l’eau des installations de baignade et de douche accessibles au public (OPBD, RS 817.022.11) et en qualité de distributeur d’eau, nous sommes tenus d’informer les consommateurs au moins une fois par année au sujet de la qualité de l’eau potable. Provenance L’eau alimentant le réseau communal provient de sources et du lac Léman. En cas d’interruption ou besoin, la redondance est assurée via les réseaux voisins. Traitement L’eau des sources est contrôlée par des turbidimètres et désinfectée par ultraviolet. L’eau du lac Léman est pompée puis subit une filtration à sable, à charbon actif et une désinfection par ultraviolet. Contrôles sanitaires Le suivi de la qualité de l’eau potable distribuée comporte 105 prélèvements par année effectués par notre service. Bactériologie Aucun dépassement des valeurs maximales n’a été observé concernant les analyses microbiologiques. Paramètres physico-chimiques (ressortant de l’analyse complète dans le réseau de distribution) La valeur d’un des métabolites du fongicide chlorothalonil est proche de la valeur maximale admise de 0,1 µg/l. Le SIDERE va surveiller dans le cadre de son autocontrôle l’évolution de cette valeur et étudier les solutions applicables/potentielles qu’il y aurait en cas d’éventuel dépassement.

La question a été posée de savoir s’il était opportun de le faire seulement 6 mois avant la fin de la législature. Le Codir n’y voyant pas d’inconvénient, Mme Rölli a été élue . Elle sera ainsi la 2ème femme du Codir sur 9 membres. Budget 2021 La situation financière de la Région de Nyon est assez tendue. Le budget présentait un déficit de chf 59'500.- - . Deux amendements proposés par la Cofin et approuvés par le Codir ont ramené ce déficit à chf. 7'500.- - . Il n’a pas suscité de discussions particulières et a été approuvé à une large majorité. Demande de crédit pour une convention quadriennale en soutien des activités de l’Usine à Gaz, période 2021-2024 Il s’agissait du renouvellement d’une convention existante. Les montants alloués chaque année sont progressifs afin de tenir compte à la fois de la diminution des spectacles en raison du Covid-19 et du fait que les travaux ne sont pas terminés. Un amendement demandant d’augmenter la part de la région (entre chf 70'000.- - et chf 100'000.- -) de chf 20'000.- - a été déposé mais refusé. La convention a par contre été acceptée à une large majorité. Préambule Le contrat corridors est un outil de mise en œuvre et de financement de mesures en faveur de la biodiversité. Composé d’un catalogue de mesures, le contrat est signé par les maîtres d’ouvrage, publics et privés, avec une durée de validité de 5 ans dès sa signature par les partenaires. Les animaux se déplacent pour assurer leurs fonctions vitales (nutrition, reproduction, survie face aux prédateurs etc.). Quant à la flore, les graines ont développé diverses stratégies pour se déplacer dans le territoire (par les animaux, le vent, l’eau, etc.). Pour assurer une amélioration de notre capital de biodiversité, il faut permettre ces déplacements, et avoir des espaces non-constructibles à l’intérieur de ceux-ci. Ce réseau de déplacement est appelé REC (Réseau Ecologique Cantonal). Le périmètre du Contrat proposé est constitué par les corridors le long des cours d’eau: Serine, Promenthouse, Asse, Boiron, Gillière, Moteline etc, et par les axes de déplacement horizontal au pied du Jura. Dans la zone agricole, les agriculteurs se coordonnent pour la mise en place de réseaux agro- écologiques sur les Surfaces Agricoles Utiles (SAU). Ils reçoivent des soutiens de la Confédération, du Canton, des Communes et de la Région pour maintenir, préserver ou renforcer le Réseau Ecologique Cantonal (REC) et les Territoires d’Importance Biologique Prioritaire (TIBP).
