Day 01: AUSTRALIA – GUANGZHOU Passengers depart to Guangzhou on China Southern Airline in the morning and arrive at Guangzhou in the evening. Upon arrival, you are transferred to the hotel. Accommodation: Baiyun Hotel **** or similar

Day 02: GUANGZHOU (B.L.D) After breakfast you will visit Chen Clan Temple, an ancestral shrine for the Chen clan built in 1894 with exquisite carvings, paintings and ornate scrollwork. We then move on to visit Nanyue King Museum, the mausoleum of the Nanyue King dating back 2000 years ago and accidentally discovered in 1983. After lunch, we will visit Yuexiu Park, a green belt in the city centre of Guangzhou with housing gardens, shaded wood paths and museums with a chance to take a picture of the symbol of Guangzhou - the sculpture of five rams. Then head to Six Banyan Temple, originally built in AD537 to enshrine the Buddhist relics. The Temple of the Six Banyan Trees is one of the four best Buddhist temples in Guangzhou and located on the Liurong Road (meaning the Six Banyan Trees Road). It has a rich collection of cultural-relics and is renowned both at home and abroad. Next we move on to the newly built CBD of Guangzhou and take a stroll down Huacheng Square - to have outside look at , the (the second tallest tower in China) and East Tower (Guangzhou Chow Tai Fook International Finance Centre). We will continue walking to Haixinsha Park, the site of the opening ceremony of the . After dinner, you are transferred back to your hotel. Accommodation: Baiyun Hotel**** or similar

Day 03: GUANGZHOU – ZHANGJIAJIE (B.D) After breakfast, you will be transferred to airport to fly to Zhangjiajie. Upon arrival, you will be met by our tour guide. Afterwards you will travel 30km from the city to your hotel in Wulingyuan Scenic Area (Zhangjiajie Scenic Area). You will be free to travel for rest of the day. Day 04: WULINGYUAN SCENIC AREA (B.L.D) Today you will spend the day visiting Wulingyuan Scenic Area. First we will visit Tianzi Mountain. The landscape in Tianzi Mountains is natural and primeval. Tianzi Mountain Nature Reserve lies on the highest point of "Golden Triangle", its highest point being 1262.5m (Kunlun Peak) and lowest point being 534m (Shilan Valley). Secondly, see Yuanjiajie Nature Reserve: a naturally formed platform mountain, surrounded by higher summits which are divided by deep valleys. Added to this scene is an array of amazing lesser peaks and grotesque rocks. Next visit, the Golden Whip Stream: one of the most attractive travel spot in Zhangjiajie which flows between steep grotesque peaks and luxuriant trees. With a length of 7.5 kilometers, Golden Whip Stream is famous for its pristine water, its verdant mountains, its steep cliffs and its serene valley. Finally we will visit Zhangjiajie Ten- mile Natural Gallery. Situated in to the northwest of Suoxigu Natural Reserve, and at the foot of Tianzi Mountains, this natural Chinese painting is about 5.8 kilometers in length. Day 05: WULINGYUAN SCENIC AREA (B.L) Transfer to Baofeng Lake. Baofeng Lake is pure just like a big crystal among the Baofeng Mountain Range. After entering the entrance you will have to hike for 30 minutes to reach the Lake. It is a leisurely experience as you sail on the clear water, see the hills of various shapes, and enjoy entertainment from the local minority people as they sing their traditional songs. You will also have the chance to see a giant salamander when you get down. (Note:There are 2 ways to reach the top of mountain: Hiking up or taking a bus, you will need to pay an additional fee of 25RMB if you want to travel by bus) After lunch, we will drive to Huanglong Cave, this cave is praised to be one of the most beautiful caves in China. It is like an underground "magical palace", featuring a wide cave, deep and secluded underground rivers, hanging waterfalls and dense stone bamboo shoots, and showing a style of its own. Afterwards you will be taken to Xibu Street. Xibu Street is a pedestrianised shopping area located in Wulingyuan amd consists of a water bar street, the Chinese snack street, Xiangxi folk shopping street and leisure inn. Day 06: WULINGYUAN SCENIC AREA – ZHANGJIAJIE (B.L.D) After breakfast at your hotel, we will continue visiting Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Today’s tour includes the following highlights: Yangjiajie: a newly found dainty nature reserve after Zhangjiajie, Suoxi Valley and Tianzi Mountain which is located in the northwestern part of Zhangjiajie, which has attracted an increasing number of both domestic and international tourists. Then drive to the city of Zhangjiajie. After lunch, take the world's longest cable car to to the summit of Tianmen Moutain, which allows you to acquire a breathtaking overview of Zhangjiajie. Day 07: ZHANGJIAJIE – FENGHUANG (B.L.D) Drive to Fenghuang Ancient Town (about 4 hours) and visit Famous attractions in the town. Take a boat cruise down the beautiful Tuo River, appreciate the unique architecture of local people and taste the cuisine of the local Miao minority people. Stay overnight in Fenghuang. Day 08: FENGHUANG – ZHANGJIAJIE (B.D) After breakfast, you have free time in Fenghuang. In the afternoon you are transferred back to Zhangjiajie for the night. You will be at leisure in Zhangjiajie. Accommodation: Huatian Hotel**** or similar

Day 09: ZHANGJIAJIE – HUAIHUA – FUZHOU (B) After breakfast, you are transferred to Huaihua train station to take a bullet train to Fuzhou (G1686, 11:29/18:28). Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel in Fuzhou. Accommodation: Minhoo Hotel**** or similar

Day 10: FUZHOU – YONGDING (B.L.D) After breakfast, visit Fujian Tulou in Yongding. Located near Longyan Prefecture-level city, in a mountainous area, it is a wonderfully Chinese collection of ancient buildings. Fujian Tulou scenic spot in Yongding is called an open air Hakka museum. It is not only a symbol of Hakka culture but, to the Hakka, a global common spiritual home. It consists of both square and round-shaped houses and has a long history not to mention unique style, magnificent and exquisite structure. There are more than 4000 of these buildings to visit. 46 of these tulou sites were inscribed in 2008 by UNESCO as a World heritage site, described as an “exceptional example of a building tradition and function exemplifying a particular type of communal living and defensive organisation in a harmonious relationship with their environment.” Accommodation: King Tulou Hotel**** or similar

Day 11: YONGDING – XIAMEN (B.L.D) After breakfast, start your visit to Xiamen. After lunch, there will be a city tour before you are transferred to hotel. Accommodation: Millian Hotel**** or similar

Day 12: XIAMEN – GUANGZHOU – SYDNEY or MELBOURNE (B) After breakfast, the rest of the day is yours to explore Xiamen on your own. After city tour you are transferred to airport for your flight homewards to Sydney or Melbourne via Guangzhou.

Day 13: SYDNEY or MELBOURNE Arrive in Sydney or Melbourne in the morning. Your unforgettable China tour ends.
