LENOVO KICK-STARTS FY19/20 WITH INDUSTRY LEADING GROWTH, DOUBLING YEAR-ON-YEAR INCOME THROUGH STRONG CUSTOMER FOCUS AND ACCELERATION OF INTELLIGENT TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY Group revenue grew year-on-year for eight consecutive quarters, reaching US$12.5B in Q1 FY19/20 PTI more than doubled to US$240M year-on-year, up US$127M Net income was US$162M, up US$85M year-on-year, also more than doubling One in every four PCs built worldwide is a Lenovo PC, thanks to record market share of 24.9% HONG KONG, August 15, 2019 – Lenovo Group (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) today announced group revenue in the first quarter reached US$12.5 billion, the eighth consecutive quarter of growth. Pre-tax income more than doubled year-on-year, growing by US$127 million to reach US$240 million. Net income also more than doubled, up US$85 million to US$162 million. Basic earnings per share for the first quarter were 1.37 US cents or 10.74 HK cents. “This fiscal year kicked off to an excellent start. Once again, this quarter’s strong results provided solid evidence that Lenovo’s Intelligent Transformation is enabling the company to drive sustainable, profitable growth in today’s dynamic and changing world. Our persistent execution and operational efficiency allows us to bring our vision to life and deliver smarter technology for all,” said Yang Yuanqing, Lenovo Chairman and CEO. The board of directors (the “Board”) of Lenovo Group Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tian Suning as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from August 2, 2007. Mr. Tian, aged 44, earned his Ph.D. in natural resource management from Texas Tech University in 1992, and a M.S. degree in ecology from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1988. Mr. Tian has extensive experience and knowledge in the management and financing fields of the telecommunications and information industry and is the founder and Chairman of China Broadband Capital Partners, L.P., a Chinese focused private equity fund which invests primarily in companies in Telecom, Internet, Broadband, Media and Technology sector. Mr. Tian held the positions of director, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Netcom Group Corporation (Hong Kong) Limited (“China Netcom”), a Hong Kong and New York listed company, at different times between 1999 and 2007. China Netcom is a fixed-line telecommunications operator that operates an extensive network and offers international data services in the Asia-Pacific region. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Tian was the Vice President of China Network Communications Group Corporation, parent company of China Netcom. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Tian was the Chief Executive Officer of China Netcom Company Limited, which was merged with China Network Communications Group in May 2002. -

Press Release 4th February 2010 The inaugural “StarHub TVB Awards Presentation” in Singapore Raymond Lam and Charmaine Sheh emerged the biggest winners of the night The highly anticipated StarHub TVB Awards Presentation was successfully held on January 29, Friday at 8pm, at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Hotel in Singapore. In celebration of the 18 years of close partnership between TVB and StarHub, the two giant broadcasters joined hands to organize the first ever StarHub TVB Awards, aiming to reward TVB‟s high quality programmes and celebrated stars. Raymond Lam and Charmaine Sheh, stole the hearts of many Singaporean fans, were named My Favourite TVB Actor and Actress. The renowned Singapore radio presenter Wenhong Huang and 2001 Miss Hong Kong Pageant Second Runner-up Heidi Chu were invited to host the award show. Mr. Stephen Chan, General Manager of Broadcasting, Television Broadcasts Limited, together with ten top-notch TVB stars including Moses Chan, Raymond Lam, Roger Kwok, Steven Ma, Wayne Lai, Susanna Kwan, Charmaine Sheh, Sonija Kwok, Fala Chen and Nancy Sit were in full dress to attend the ceremony. Ahead of the show, they appeared in pairs and strolled along the „green paparazzi walk‟ where fans were screaming and media cameras kept flashing. After the two-month long voting campaign, a buzz has been created among Singaporean fans and media on their favourite TVB dramas and artistes. Finally, a total of 18 awards were presented at the show (details please refer to the awardees list attached). Moonlight Resonance, one of the best-hit TVB dramas, has won excellent reception in Singapore since its release.
