RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE GENERAL CITY ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 3, 2020

WHEREAS, pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a General City Election was held in the City of Brooklyn Park on November 3, 2020; and

WHEREAS, the purpose of said City Election was to select a candidate to fill a Council Member seat in the West, Central and East Districts to expire on January 6, 2025; and

WHEREAS, under Section 4.09 of the City Charter, and under the general laws of the State of Minnesota, the Council is required to meet and canvass the election returns.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Park that:
