2. Good Morning, Just wanted to express what a great experience it has been dealing with Impact. Everything has been top notch, especially the communication part. Of course I want the best for my son what parent doesn't but as a single income family money can be tight so I was a bit hesitant to spend $75 dollars for my son a custom mouthguard for football. However, as I thought about it and read about it I decided to go for it. Still unsure of my decision after my purchase I began to receive emails on the progress of my order and also a video on exactly how to get a good impression, this made me feel better on my purchase. Then I received my kit lightening fast this is when I surprised Braden (my son) with his very own custom mouthpiece, he was and still is over the moon about it. We watched the tutorial together and read the instructions that came with it, this was extremely helpful and easy to understand which made the impression process a breeze. I was shocked (in a good way) that there was actually a phone number to send my impression pics to in order to make sure that it was a good impression. So I took a couple pics sent them and in no time I received a response. Wow, really awesome. Got the okay on the impression, so we boxed everything up and sent it back. Guess what just 2 days later I recieved a email telling me that my son's impression was received and that it's being made and I'll be notified when it ships with a email with the shipping info. Ol my goodness, I can honestly say I'm no longer questioning spending the money on a custom made mouthguard this has been a wonderful experience. So yesterday I met with our Youth Football League president and explained to him how important a custom guard is and my GREAT experience with you all after discussing this for 30 minutes he has put me in charge of getting the info. so they can possibly offer each player in the league a custom mouthguard. My first question is, do you all do large group orders? If so , whats the best way to do it, should we order all the kits then take the impression of each player then mail them all back to you in 1 shippment or break it up into each team so there would be 5 groups of about 26 boys, there's approximately 130 boys ages 6 - 12 years old. 6. Without a doubt your mouthguards are the finest I have ever used. This was actually my fourth one ordered from you, two for me and two for my 10 year old son. I play hockey, he plays hockey and lacrosse. Before your product, i would never wear a mouthguard. and although that made my dentist happy, it made my wife mad. WOW what a diff. I can breathe, speak and drink water without taking it out. I breathe much easier during sparring too. I leave it in from start to finish. This protects me from an accident when I wouldn't expect to take damage (saw a brown belt lose a tooth during light drilling). It also means I'm not constantly taking it out to breathe or drool or drink or talk, which means a lot less potential germs from my hands basically going straight into my mouth several times per class. 66. I bought a couple of Impact Mouthguards a few months ago. The roads I ride are pretty chopped up and there’s always a few times during a ride that I hit a bump or some washboard that makes my teeth clonk. Mouthguards are always recommended for people participating in collision sports, but I hadn’t heard of them used for cycling. Owing to a coincidence where I was on a project researching mouthguards, I stumbled upon Impact Mouthguards and decided to give them a try. I have a bridge and don’t want to replace it due to an avoidable sports injury. I was drawn by their impression kit which promised a truly custom fit. The kit came and was easy to use. It came with two trays, a small and a large. I test fit them to see which one was best. Then I kneaded together the impression material, fit it to the tray, and bit down for a couple of minutes. Afterwards, you put the impression, still in its tray, along with the unused tray, and send them in via the provided box and shipping label. My mouth guards arrived a couple of weeks later – I took advantage of the 2nd mouthguard discount. They didn’t fit quite right. I emailed the company over a weekend. The owner – a cyclist himself, replied, instructing me to take a picture of my mouth, mail that in with the guards, and they would adjust. That’s what happened. Now the guards fit right and they’ve won me over. I breathe easier on climbs, and hitting a bump or getting an unexpected jolt doesn’t risk an oral problem. I won’t ride anymore without the guard. 72. My son uses the sport guard and I ordered a hard night guard because I am a night grinder. My son loves his, but when mine came it was TIGHT! I couldn't get it out using a finger on each side, rather only one side would remove it. After wearing it only 2 1/2 weeks, it cracked. I called the number given, and spoke with a very helpful customer service woman. She said she would talk with the owner of the company and get back to me. Well, she did - the next day! They made me a new one. The only negative - it took over 4 weeks to get the new one, but it came 2 days ago - much better fit! Also, it's not as hard as the first. I think that the slight pliability of the mouthpiece makes it roomier (but not too much so) and easier to remove. 89. I want to let you know we received my son’s mouth guard yesterday. He absolutely loves it. He popped it in his mouth and you could literally hear it POP into place. He said it was extremely comfortable and after about 10 minutes of running around doing what a 15 year old does when he gets home from football practice he said he didn’t even feel it or realize it was still in his mouth. 270. I had been looking for awhile for a custom made mouth guard to fit the right way and didn't flash around in my mouth. I have been through a lot of mouthpieces. I ended up stumbling upon the mouth guard tent at a NAGA grappling tournament in Concord NC, about 2 months ago.There I got my mouth guard set-up and fitted, I got to choose the color I wanted and I simply E-mailed a picture that I wanted on my mouthpiece (which from what I've read you can do online, which proves how reliable Impact Mouth Guards really is, That they got the Email and applied it with. no problems.) I use it while sparring and other things. But I just was able to use it for the first time in competition. it was a perfect fit. I have a missing tooth in the back of my mouth and it was cut to fit perfectly. The logo looks amazing. My brother-in-law also got one and he loves it. He had no gagging while he fought. which is huge because all of his other mouthpieces sit to far back and impede his breathing. It was such a tight fit that I walked around with it in for almost an hour longer and forgot it was there until someone reminded me about it.

290. I used the mouth guard three times this week, I can tell you that using your mouth guard is awesome! With traditional mouth guards I had to continually adjust them during matches and after the match I would pull them out as quick as possible. With your mouth guard I almost forgot I had them in. When I was in a match I did not once think of my mouth guard and it help me concentrate on the match making the match more enjoyable. I also could breath better. I cannot say enough good thing about your mouth guard. I love it, and others who have seen it want one.
I have passed on how to get them and told them "look it cost this much for a mouth guard, and this much to replace a tooth, you make the call".
