Winback Olympic- En zz z WINBACK OLYMPIC MEDALIST! This Sunday we have farewell the 2016 RIO Olympic Games with a carnival show at the imposing Maracana stadium. And from now on we are in the countdown to 2020 TOKYO !!! It has been a great year for Winback and also will be for the next four years, where more sports teams and national teams increasingly will rely on the tecartherapy and especially in the WINBACK energy, for its ability to innovate and always be next to the athletes. Winback has been present in the most important sporting event of the year accompanying athletes in various disciplines. We are proud of our "Winbackers" athletes who have given their all in these Olympics in RIO, especially those who have reached the top with an Olympic medal. Congratulations for your dedication and effort! For the WINBACK team is an honor to have been able to be at your side! And for all those who have participated and have not succeeded, we will keep fighting and being at your side to achieve great goals in the future! V současnosti se s ním setkáváme ve sportovní gymnastice, školní TV a volnočasových aktivitách. Cvičení na kruzích zařazujeme do hlavní části vyučovací jednotky. Rozvíjí se především síla paží a trupu, zlepšuje se flexibilita a koordinace. Zařazujeme cvičební tvary statické, vedené i švihové. Kvalitně řízený vyučovací tělovýchovný proces vyžaduje, aby byl učitel ohleduplný a kladl na žáky takové požadavky, které jsou úměrné výkonnosti a pohybové vyspělosti žáků.
