Ginnastica Artistica
LA GINNASTICA ARTISTICA Ilenia Federica La ginnastica artistica è una disciplina della ginnastica e uno sport olimpico. L'atleta deve essere dotato di forza, velocità ed elevata mobilità articolare. Alcuni elementi, quelli principali, come la verticale, possono essere appresi anche in età adulta. STORIA DELLA GINNASTICA ARTISTICA La ginnastica artistica è uno sport dalle origini molto antiche.Le culture più importanti che la praticarono sono quella Cinese, quella Egizia e quella Micenea. Per quanto riguarda i Greci, la ginnastica fu prima praticata dai Dori. Però gli antichi avevano un altro concetto di ginnastica artistica: essi non la intendevano praticata con gli attrezzi, bensì basata sugli esercizi che corrispondono all'attuale atletica leggera, alla lotta, al pugilato. I Romani non accettavano la ginnastica perché la ritenevano propria degli schiavi o degli stranieri. Solo dopo il Mille la cultura fisica riacquistò importanza. Nel XIX secolo, F.L. Jhan inaugurò a Berlino la prima palestra pubblica all'aperto. Egli consigliò vari esercizi sulla corsa e sul salto, poi introdusse l'uso degli attrezzi, tra cui quattro femminili e sei maschili. In comune ne hanno due: il corpo libero e il volteggio. - CORPO LIBERO Il corpo libero (floor, FX) maschile prevede una serie di esercizi senza accompagnamento musicale o coreografia, a differenza di quello femminile. Si svolge su una pedana quadrata ampia 12x12 metri, con un metro di sicurezza intorno. - VOLTEGGIO Nel volteggio (valut, VT) il ginnasta corre lungo il tumbling che è lungo 25 metri, salta su una pedana posizionata davanti alla tavola e dopo aver appoggiato le mani sull'attrezzo esegue il volteggio vero e proprio. -

Palazzo del Quirinale– Mercoledì 19 settembre 2012 --------------- 16.00 Giungono al Palazzo del Quirinale (ingresso a piedi da Porta Principale) gli atleti e gli altri 16.30 invitati alla cerimonia che, salendo per lo Scalone d’Onore (lato opposto Ufficio Affari Militari), si recano nel Salone dei Corazzieri, ove prendono posto a sedere. 16.35 Giungono al Palazzo del Quirinale (ingresso in auto da Porta Giardini – Lungamanica – altezza ascensore degli Appartamenti Imperiali) il Presidente ed il Segretario Generale del Comitato Italiano Paralimpico, Dott. Luca Pancalli e Dott. Marco Giunio De Sanctis che, accolti da Funzionari del Cerimoniale, vengono accompagnati nella Sala di Rappresentanza. 16.40 Giungono al Palazzo del Quirinale (ingresso in auto da Porta Principale – lato Ufficio per gli Affari Militari) il Ministro per gli Affari Regionali, il Turismo e lo Sport, Dott. Piero Gnudi, il Sottosegretario di Stato alla Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, Dott. Antonio Catricalà, il Presidente ed il Segretario Generale del Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano, Dott. Giovanni Petrucci e Dott. Raffaele Pagnozzi, che, accolti da Funzionari del Cerimoniale, vengono accompagnati nella Sala di Rappresentanza. Nel contempo, i Vice Segretari Generali della Presidenza della Repubblica, i Consiglieri ed i Consulenti del Presidente della Repubblica raggiungono direttamente i posti loro riservati nel Salone dei Corazzieri. 16.50Il Presidente della Repubblica, accompagnato dal Capo del Cerimoniale della Presidenza della Repubblica, lascia in auto l’abitazione e giunto all’ascensore della Serra sale al Piano Nobile, ove sono ad attendere il Segretario Generale della Presidenza della Repubblica, l’Aiutante di Campo di Servizio ed il Comandante del Reggimento Corazzieri e, si trasferisce nella Sala di Rappresentanza ove incontra le Personalità ivi precedentemente convenute. -

THE COMMITTEE FOR GYMNASTICS. t the request of the Swedish Olympic Committee and of the Swedish National Gymnastic and Athletic Asso- ciation, the Swedish Gymnastic Association elected a Committee to arrange for the gymnastic competitions and displays of the Olympic Games of 1912. The Committee of the Association last-mentioned appointed Captain EINAR NERMAN (as president), and GEORG LÖFGREN , Esq., and empowered these gentlemen to add to their numbers as occasion required. This was done; Lieutenant W. CARLBERG being chosen secretary in the autumn of 1910, and other members were appointed, so that, finally, the Gymnastic Committee had the following compo- sition : President: Captain EINAR NERMAN. Secretary: Lieutenant W. CARLBERG, Lieutenant O. HOLMBERG. Other Members: Captain E. LIEBERATH, Captain E. LITTORIN, GEORG LÖFGREN, Esq., E. LÖFVENIUS, Esq. DRAWING UP THE PROGRAMME FOR GYMNASTICS. In the spring of 1910, the Committee sent in its first draft pro- gramme for gymnastics. It included nothing but displays. The Meet- ing of the International Olympic Committee at Luxemburg expressed the desire, however, that gymnastic competitions should be in- cluded, too, and although the Gymnastic Committee considered that inter- national competitions were unsuitable, it determined to agree to the proposals of the International Olympic Committee, and have both competitions and displays on the programme. 504 After a number of alterations — caused by representations made from various quarters — had been made in the earliest proposals, the final programme for gymnastics was drawn up as follows. -
