On November 8, 2017, OAG investigators arrested Samuel David Kelley, 21, of Georgetown on one count of Online Solicitation of a Minor. During the investigation, Kelley sent sexually explicit messages to the “child” and solicited her to meet for purposes of engaging in sexual intercourse. Kelley traveled to a predetermined meeting location in Georgetown to meet the “child” where he was taken into custody. During an interview, Kelley confessed to communicating in a sexually explicit manner with a person he believed to be a 15-year-old female and to traveling to meet the “child” to engage in sexual intercourse.

On November 7, 2017, OAG investigators arrested Shane Michael Perry, 27, of Georgetown on one count of Online Solicitation of a Minor. During the investigation, Perry sent sexually explicit messages to the “child” and solicited her to meet for purposes of engaging in deviate sexual intercourse. Perry traveled to a predetermined meeting location in Georgetown to meet the “child” where he was taken into custody. During an interview, Perry confessed to communicating in a sexually explicit manner with a person he believed to be a 15-year-old female and to traveling to meet the “child” to engage in deviate sexual intercourse.

On November 7, 2017, OAG investigators arrested Joshua Logan Dean, 28, of Austin on one count of Online Solicitation of a Minor. During the investigation, Dean sent sexually explicit messages to the “child” and solicited her to meet for purposes of engaging in deviate sexual intercourse. Dean traveled to a predetermined meeting location in Georgetown to meet the “child” where he was taken into custody. During an interview, Dean confessed to communicating in a sexually explicit manner with a person he believed to be a 14-year-old female and to traveling to meet the “child.”
