PROHIBITIONS:

prohibited in the Pursuant to l6 u.s.c. $ 55 I and 36 C.F.R. $ 26 | .50(a), the following acts are areas as described in this Order and as depicted on the aftached Maps ("Restricted Area"), hereby incorporated into this Order as Exhibits A and B, within the Southwestern Region National Foreits and National Grasslands in the states of New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma.

EXEMPTIONS:

from this Order: Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. $ 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt

them from the effect of this I . Persons with a Forest Service permit specifically exempting Order.

2. Any Federal, State, or local officer' or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance ofan official duty'

3. Persons using pressurized liquid or gas fueled devices (stoves, grills, or lantems).

The purpose of this Order is for the protection of public health and safety.

IMPLEMENTATION: April 15 l. This order will be effective on ,2020 at ryla and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2020, or until rescinded. whichever event occurs first'

2. Any violation ofthis prohibition is punishable as a class B misdemeanor by a fine of not more than $5,000 for individuals and $ | 0,000 for organizations, or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months (sze l6 U'S'C' $ 551' I 8 U'S'C' $ 3571(bX6), l8 u.s.c. $ 3s8l (bx7)).

3. Maps identifying the Restricted Area are attached and made a part ofthis order.

4. This order supersedes, rescinds, and replaces any previous orders prohibiting the same acts covered bY this Order.
