They were extremely informative and helped me with my DSC installation in my BVI-registered sailing Publisher vessel Autumn Passage. CHRIS KENNAN It would seem that the BVI does not issue updates to the ITU, and in fact there seems to be great confu- [email protected] sion about this within the BVI agencies. My MMSI number was issued here in May of 2008, but there has been no update to the ITU data base. At one point I was even told this was the responsibility of a local electronics company which of course is absurd. Warren leads an office of approximately 130 prosecutors and 300 total employees whose mission is to build a safer community while promot- ing justice and fairness for everyone in the criminal justice system. Since taking office on January 3, 2017, Warren has been reforming our local criminal justice system. He has been tough on violent crimi- nals, fraudsters, and repeat offenders who threaten the safety of our neighborhoods. He has utilized innovative reforms and created successful diversion programs to hold low-level offenders accountable while steering them away from the downward spiral of the system, including civil citation programs for juveniles and adults. Warren has focused on treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation for offenders with substance abuse and mental illness in order to reduce recidivism rather than further the revolving door of the criminal justice system. He has minimized poverty traps that criminalize people because they are poor. He has embraced data-driven approaches that improve safety, cut crime, and save taxpayer dollars. Additionally, Warren has emphasized transparency and civic engagement to build trust with the community that he serves. Warren previously served as a federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice. After initially prosecuting street crime in Washington, DC, he spent the majority of his career with the Justice Department prosecuting complex financial fraud all across the country—crimes that victimized retirees, investors, and taxpayers.

    Don Boyko's Bio Here is a little bit about myself. I‘ve been involved in sailing for a good portion my adult life, but have always been interested in sailing for as long as I can remember. I remember being fascinated watching the sailboats passing by my Grandparents home on the river north of Detroit, and I guess the seed was planted. Growing up I spent most of me weekends, and all of my summer vacations with my Grandparents. I had an older cousin that bought a 14’ dinghy, and he would take me sailing, then someone gave a buddy of mine an old wooden Lightning and we soon learned to always sail upstream so when the wind died, we wouldn’t have to paddle against the current to get home. Once my wife, and I, got our careers established and we had a few extra bucks, we purchased our first sailboat, a 13’ Chrysler Pirateer. The family had a lot of good times learning how to sail, but soon out grew the Pirateer, and slowly traded our way up to our first C-22. Our first C-22 was a 1980 model, and it opened new adventures for the family. One year I was working in St Louis while the family was back in Kansas City. I discovered the Alton Pool of the Mississippi River north of St Louis and after finding a slip at one of the yacht clubs, I decided to move the boat to St Louis and live on the boat during the week while I was on my assignment.
