Biography: Hailed by the cri cs as “Atlanta’s most adventurous early music ensemble” (The Atlanta Journal‐Cons tu on), NEW TRINI- TY BAROQUE is recognized as one of the leading early music ensembles in the USA and the world. Founded in London in 1998, NTB presented its first concert on 27th of March at the Church of Saint Mar n‐in‐the‐Fields in London, but its base moved to Atlanta, following its founder Predrag Gosta. Established as an ensemble of interna onal musicians from the very beginning, New Trinity Baroque con nues to maintain this presence through frequent collabora ons with interna onal so‐ loists. The group performs on period instruments or historical replicas of the instruments from the 17th and 18th centuries. Its repertoire ranges from chamber to orchestral, from cantatas to operas, and its styles from Renaissance to Classical. No‐ table performances from the past include period‐instrument premieres of Monteverdi’s “Vespers”, J.S. Bach’s “Christmas Oratorio”, Pergolesi’s “La Serva Padrona”, Mozart’s “Eine kleine Nachtmusik”, and more. As an ac ve recording ensemble, NTB published 10 CDs ‐ the latest one with Buxtehude’s cantatas “Membra Jesu Nostri”. For the past several years the mu‐ sicians of NTB also toured regularly, visi ng England, Finland, Sweden, Serbia and Croa a, where they appeared at fes vals such as the Korkyra Baroque, Sastamala Gregoriana, the Belgrade Interna onal Early Music Fes val, as well as early music fes vals in Boston, Amherst and Charleston.
