FEC Commissioner Walther and Acting General Counsel Stevenson (by certified letter and fax) with Messrs. Carter, Scalise, Gowdy and Hensarling:

i. Dean Loren, under penalty of perjury, wish to report the following crimes, facts and justice obstructions in the failure to file federal political campaign contributions by TimeWarrier, HBO, Time Warner Cable and MNN to the Presidential Campaign of 2016 in the form of : (1) Rep. Nadler's District to Broadcast an illegal 12 Hour Marathon Get Out the Vote for Hillary Clinton over MNN's 501(c) Public Access Network during the General Elections 2016 (& 2012) taking Loren's Studio Time without Notice/Banning; and the subsequent coverup by Time Warner Cable, HBO TimeWarner and Robert Schumer's (2) retaliation against TV Broadcast Producers with Violent Assaults and Intent to Falsely Frame & Jail in the Private Building rented to GSA for the SDNY Federal Court in Rep. Velazquez' district of Lower using SDNY Judges with EDNY/SDNY US Attorney running a Secret "No Court" charging Class A Misdemeanors with Private Contractor DOMEX/lnter-Con Security impersonating federal officers and obstructing videos of arrests.

FACTS: On November 8,2016, Time Warner, HBO, Time Warner Cable, City of NY and MNN did broadcast a 12 hour marathon over NYC airwaves on Channel 34 to get out the vote for Hillary Clinton for President using Studio One and Host Chris Gethard at MNN 537 W. 59"' Street; NY NY 10019. Representatives Carter, Scalise, Gowdy and Hensarling, I ask your good ofTices, to transmit copies of this affidavit to FEC Acting General Counsel Lisa Stevenson to create a Congressional record with regard to (1) the illegal transmission of a 501Cc}C3) Public Access TV Broadcast 12 Hour National Broadcast by Time Warner Cable to get out the Hillary General Election Vote on November 8, 2016 and also on November 6,2012 and (2) coverup of the illegal transmission by City Borough President Gale Brewer and Comptroller Scott Stringer by SONY Judges Loretta Preska and Sullivan conducting a Secret "No Court" and physical attacks, retaliation for reporting 12 Hour Hillary Marathon

1. First, FEC Commissioner Walther, let me openly apologize to Rep. Steve Scalise for not realizing (i] the illegal election broadcast worldwide and carried nationally was a nexus for the assassination attempt on June 14,2017, (ii) The AT&T Merger with Time Warner and the Savage Assault of Radin/Arrest of Loren on January 28,2016 for the Comcast Merger with Time Warner Cable, were boA connected by the AT&T Time Warner Lockheed Martin Monopoly of Surveillance Video Broadband over the Power Lkies Monopoly that currently transmits to Homeland Security Mega Command Center at 67 Cadman Plaza East , NY, via the Monopoly Targeted Transmission Corridor in Rep. N. Velazquez' District using the stolen patents IVIEWIT Scaling Patents from inventor Eliot Bernstein, Oii) Inter-Con Security information agents within the Capital Police Force present at the assassination attempt [ivj Rep. Scalise, your staff has asked me to contact the FBI regarding your assassination attempt, and I ask your kind offices to transmit this letter to FBI Dir. Chris Wray on my behalf, as both of us seem to have "skin in the game" of actions involving the Broadband Power Line Monopoly.

2. On the November 8,2016 General Election, Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN), a 501(c3(33 Public Access Corporation, and Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer [also a MNN Board Member3, in Rep. Nadler's Manhattan Westside District, did unlawfully seize and ban Loren's Live Booking and Broadcast from Studio One for the illegal purpose of political speech, a 501(c3 (33 Nationwide 12 Hour Marathon to Get Out the Vote for H. Clinton hosted by Chris Gethard and silently produced by TimeWarner/HBO Apatow, over 501(c3(33 Public Access Stations, linked through Denver Colorado and organized by the Alliance for Community Media in Washington DC. A simiiar transmission and theft of studio time/space was done on the November 6,2012 General Election for the benefit of President Barack Obama's re-election campaign causing Loren to transmit from the closed studio.

3. At the time of the 2016 General Election Illegal MNN political speech broadcast, (13 NYC Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer (a MNN Board Member3 acted both as a NYC Elected Officer and MNN Board Member in the banning of TV Producer Loren and many other producers, that was (a3 brought to her direct attention at meetings in her NYC Office in 2014 attended by several MNN Producers attempting to unionize against the bannings, and (b3 resulted in MBP/MNN Board Member Gale Brewer's Chiefof Staff Drafting a letter to MNN Exec. Director Dan Coughlin regarding the BANNING of Producers WITHOUT HEARINGS, (ii3 had entered third party agreements with MNN's Dan Coughlin and HBO TimeWarner to produce content from Paciflca/WBAl archives and Amy Goodman, (iii) Warner Bros was designated as the lead studio replacing SONY in Project Goliath Monopoly of Broadband distribution of content by the 7 major US film studios. 4. Loren objected to MNN and NYC Officials' actions and filed with the FCC and the IRS over Loren's Live Studio One Broadcast seizure, during the General Election of 2012 & 2016, and at other crucial Get Out the Vote times, and retaliation by MNN and MBP Scott Stringer (now NYC Comptroller] and MBP Brewer busting up meetings using Inter-Con Security and NYPD at MNN with Loren's complaint documented with the FCC Commissioner.

5. Loren objected the undisclosed and illegal campaign contribution to the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign by The Senate Majority PAC (SMPAC) that involved (i] the sale of MNN's Channel 57 & 537 West 59^ Street Building as a side deal for the A1 Gore/Comcast Merger with Time Warner Cable of FEBRUARY 13,2014, that included the NYC Recreation Center in the adjoining lot and necessary footprint for a 35 story luxury building, (a] put together by Robert Schumer (CHUCK SCHUMER'S brother) of Paul Weiss law firm (a major contributor to SMPAC) for a $400 Million Fee, (b) involving Simpson Thatcher for M&A issues, (c) with the CITY OF NEW YORK UNIVERSITY'S Acquisition of the MNN Studio orchestrated by CUNY Vice Chancellor (Chuck Schumer's Wife) via the CUNY Research Foundation, 501(c)(3) entity, and financed by New York State Dormitory Authority, and (ii) now objects to conflicts of interest concerning Com. Walther wifii , that resulted in the failure to investigate illegal broadcasts/continuing threats of broadcasts by AT&T TimeWarner HBO Spectrum iand MNN under the pending Broadband over the Powerlines Monopoly sought by Project Goliath.

6. The january 28,2016 Violent Assault on Loren (i) directly followed Paula Gloria's motion to intervene with the attached july 29,2014 smoking gun email produced at a SDNY Court Halleck Hearing before SDNY Judge Pauley that expressly outlined MNN Board Member/Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer's actions in the banning of Public Access TV Producers at MNN, and (ii) preceded judge Colleen McMahon, judge Engelmayer and NYC Corporation Counsel Zachery Carters perjuries that alleged Loren author Paula Gloria's motion after Carter admitted on February 1,2018 that Paula Gloria was the author and filed same on the Halleck Docket, (lii) Loren has filed a motion for sanctions against the City of NY's attorneys for the perjuries, addressed immediately below.

7. The CITY OF NEW YORK, MNN, Chief judge Colleen McMahon (who presides over the Secret No Court) and judge Engelmayer who was nominated by Robert Schumer on Senator Schumers judiciary nomination committee - All accuse Loren of making the MNN TV BANNED PRODUCER Paula Gloria's jan 28,2016 Motion to Intervene, wiped & deleted from the docket pursuant to a ZACHERY CARTER'S City of New York's docketed letter dated February 01,2016 to prohibit Paula's Motion to Intervene in Halleck v. City of NY 15-cv-8141 TV Producer Banned Law Suit

8. Loren has verified that (i) GSA Regional Counsel Carol Latterman (212) 264-8308, [email protected] admits to the proprietary ownership of the 500 Pearl Street Building leased to the GSA, however, NO DEED, NO TAXES/PRIVATE OWNER IDENTITY can be found on any federal/state or local filing, (ii) the 500 Pearl Street Building inflated rent are laundered through The Senate Majority PAC (SMPAC), (ii) the sums include the Madoff stolen trust and estate monies used to construct 500 Pearl Street through Emily's List PAC, a feeder PAC for the SMPAC, (iii) there is sufficient cause to believe that the 2018 US Senate elections of 23 Democratic female candidates will receive laundered money from the MadofG^mily List feeder PAC and inflated rental kickbacks from the GSA by the anonymous owners of the some 200 buildings constructed between 1991 and 1994 that are rented to the Homeland Security, DOJ, FBI and Federal Court Houses. 9. Loren verified the Congressional Record that Rep. Velazquez and the Federal Courts rent by NON-PUBLIC GSA Lease Agreements, die privately owned building at 500 Pearl Street, one of the 200 privately owned buildings completed in 1994, to which hearings were held and chaired by Sen. and Sen. McCain and which SONY Chief Judge Brieant called the 1991 financing "smoke and mirrors" based on their illegality in financing.

10. I would also like to affirm that the IRS "Smoke and Mirror Financing" arises from funds stolen from Trusts and Estates by the Boston/NY Madoff Ponzi Scheme that raided probate courts for monies to build these Private Buildings leased to the GSA and that 1 know this personally as the Executor of Evel)m Goldberg's Estate who reported Emily Madoff Madoff Ponzi Scheme in 1993 & whose husband Simon Goldberg's Estate was robbed in 1985 using false death certfflcates/phony Guardian ad Litems created by Madoff feeder fiind Wolf Popper Law firm as reported to the IRS.

3 11. Rep. Carol Malone/s district received Madoff Ponzi Scheme contributions to iRS 50lCc)(3) ^ entities by Peter Madoff both in political contributions via the Lower Eastside Tenement Museum, Tisch Developer and SUNY's Meryl Tish, as has Reps. Nadler and Velazquez.

In closing, FEC Commissioner Walther and Acting General Counsel Lisa Stevenson, and Messrs. Carter, Scalise, Gowdy and Hensarling, 1 would like to request your kind offices to transmit official copies of this affidavit to the recipients, FBi Director Chris Wray, Rep. Nadler, and IRS Acting Commissioner and new IRS Nominee Charles Rettig for the purpose of documenting that Evelyn Goldberg did in fact report to the Federal Authorities the Madoff Scheme in April 1993 and earlier with her correspondences to the IRS fi-om 1985 forward.

But most importantly, 1 would like to again, request support for a face to face meeting with Rep. Steve Scalise for the express purpose to address any continuing fears that Rep. Scalise may have concerning the assassination attempt at my mother's high school athletic field the day before the Time Warner Annual Shareholder's meeting that addressed the AT&T Merger with Time Warner for the Broadband over the Power Lines distribution of Content of the seven major motion picture studios involved in Project Goliath, as well as the thefts of my studio time and space at MNN for the purpose of illegally transmitting political broadcasts over Channel 34 and failure to file those campaign contributions amounting to millions of dollars with the FEC, and the stolen Iviewit Scaling Patents amounting in trillions of dollars of illegal profits by MPEG LA LLC, Warner Brothers, Lockheed Martin and the seven Film Studios under Project Goliath's Broadband over the Powerlines Monopoly that are not listed in the AT&T FASB filings, nor Warner Bros.
