ORDER :-

In the Government Order first read above, the Government have approved the Notification under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) Submitted by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III Poonamallee for the acquisition of Rayathu Manai lands measuring to an extent of 0.20.51.0 H.A. Sq. Metres in Kodambakkam Town in for the construction of Grade Separator in the intersection of NSK road (Arcot Road) and Inner Ring Road at Vadapalani.

2. In the letter third read above, the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III has sent amendment proposal to the Notification published at pp 286-288 of part II, section-2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.24, dated 20-06-2012 and requested for approval of the Government.

3. The Government after careful examination approve the Amendment requested by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A.), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Poonamallee and direct that the Notification under sub section (1) Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) published at pages 286-288 of Part II Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.24, dated 20-06-2012 be amended as in the Notification appended to this order.

4. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the Notification appended to this order in the next issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and to furnish ten copies of the Gazette in which the Notification is published to Government in Highways and Minor Ports Department and to the Special Deputy Collector, Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project –III, Poonamallee.

The Following amendment is issued for the Notification No.11(2) Highways and Minor Ports / 314/2012 and 315/2012 Published at PP 286 – 288 of Part II, Section 2, of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.24, dated 20th June 2012 relating to G.O.(Ms).No.86, Highways and Minor Ports (HW1) Department, dated 31-05-2012.

AMENDMENT
