Read: From the Special Deputy Collector (LA), TNUDP III, Letter No. 1146 / 2010/E1, dated 25.07.2012 and 13-02-2013. ******* ORDER: The notice under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) submitted by the Special Deputy Collector (LA), TNUDP III in his letters read above for acquisition of 0.00.75.5 H.A. square metres of rayathu manai in T.S.No.22/1 Part and 35 at Block- 4 and 5 of Kodambakkam Village for the purpose of construction of Grade separator in the intersection of NSK road (Arcot Road) and inner ring road at Vadapalani is approved and ordered to be published in the next issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. 2. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the notification appended to this order in the next issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. He is also requested to furnish 25 copies of the Gazette in which the notification is published to Government in Highways and Minor Ports Department and the Special Deputy Collector (LA), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Chennai-56. APPENDIX NOTIFICATION The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands in the schedule below are required for the purpose of construction of Grade Separator in the intersection of NSK Road (Arcot Road) and inner Ring Road at Vadapalani and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the Lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (Metro) Highways Department, Guindy, Chennai – 32, and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002) NOTICE Under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002). The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 0.00.75.5 H.A.Sq.mts. to the same, a little more or less required for the purpose of the Construction of Grade Separator in the intersection of NSK Road (Arcot Road) and inner Ring Road at Vadapalani. The plan of the land under acquisition kept in the Office of the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Chennai at Poonamallee and may be inspected at any time during office hours.
