I. CITI PREMIERMILES CREDIT CARD

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Scope: The Promotion is applicable at N.A., - Hanoi Branch and Citibank N.A., - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (referred to as “Citibank” hereafter) for Primary Cardholders of Citi PremierMiles.

2. Promotion Period: From June 01, 2021 to August 31, 2021 (both dates inclusive) in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi.

3. Eligible Product: The Promotion is applicable for all Primary Citi PremierMiles Credit Cards issued by Citibank Vietnam.

4. Promotion Details: Customers, that satisfy all Terms and Conditions of Qualified Customers in Clause 5 below, will receive:

5. Eligibility: Retail Customers must meet all of the following Conditions to be eligible to participate in this Promotion (“Qualified Customer”): • Customers apply for Citi PremierMiles, through all channels except Partnership, by completing the Credit Card Application, submitting all required supporting Documents during the Program Period and get the Card approved by Citibank; • Customers must not be existing Citibank Primary Cardholder(s) (Citi PremierMiles, Citi Cash Back, Citi Rewards, Citi Simplicity+ or Lazada Citi Platinum); • Customers must not close Primary Citi PremierMiles Card during the Promotion Period;

• Customers are not having any Citibank Credit Card(s) (PremierMiles, Cash Back, Rewards, Simplicity+, Lazada Citi Platinum) within 12 months (365 days) before the date Customers re-apply for the Promotion; • Customer must spend a minimum of VND 12,000,000 on Retail transaction(s) or Cash Advance on Citi PremierMiles Credit Card at least within 60 days from the date that customer’s credit card is issued successfully for this promotion. Spending is counted as eligible when the transactions are settle to Citibank‘s system within 15 days since transaction date. Citibank holds no responsibility should transactions are not settled; • Customers must be in good Credit standing at the date of finalizing the Gift Recipients; • CitiGold Customers are not eligible for this Promotion. If CitiGold Customers want to apply, they must pay full Joining Fee of Citi PremierMiles; • Customers must not be Citibank staff; • Customer must not be EU and/ or EEA, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man or the UK Citizens/Residents; • Customers must not be U.S. Citizens or Residents; • Customers must be new Accor Plus members and not listed in Accor Plus Data base by the time Accor Plus reaches out to Customers for Gift assistance. Otherwise, the Gift shall only be valid if Customers transfer the Gift ownership to Customers’ friend or family member; • No Accor Plus membership upgrade and extension requests are accepted and allowed; • The Promotion runs while Gift lasts, maximum of 200 Accor Plus Explorer Cards. The order of Customers that redeem for the Gift will be based on the relevant order of Customers who first meet the minimum Spending Condition in order to qualify for the Gift.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Customers are ONLY eligible for this Promotion when all the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion are satisfied. • Customers consent to Citibank collection, use and disclosure of Customers’ personal data to Accor Plus for the purpose of the Promotion.

6. Gift: • Qualified Customer is entitled to a maximum of one Gift throughout this Promotion Period; • Qualified Customer will receive Gift while stocks last.

7. Redemption Method: • A SMS or eDM Notification to redeem the Gift will be sent to all Qualified Customers within 90 to 120 days from the date Customer is informed of successful Card application.

8. Gift Redemption: • Eligible Customer will be contacted by Accor Plus for personal details confirmation after Qualified Customer is notified via SMS or eDM. • Accor Plus will mail Accor Plus Explorer Card, with specific Terms & Conditions and Benefits of Explorer Card member, to Qualified Customer within 14 working days after the call from Accor Plus to Eligible Customer is made. • Redemption of Gift is only up to a maximum number of Promotion rewards as specified in Article 4 in Terms and Conditions.

9. Qualified Customer must not close the Card within (06) six months from the date the Promotion ends, or been considered by Citibank, at its own authority, not in good Credit standing, Citibank reserves the right to charge back value of the Gift that he/ she had redeemed successfully (if any) and to debit such amount to any account he/ she owns at Citibank.

10. Citibank is not the supplier of Gift. The Products are sold and Services are provided solely by Accor Plus, under such Terms & Conditions as determined by Accor Plus, and Citibank accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such Products and Services. The Products and Services have not been certified by Citibank, and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any Product or Service in this Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such Product or Service by Citibank. Eligible Customer will be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Accor Plus of these Products/ Services. In case of any inquires or disputes related to the Products/ Services, Qualified Customer must contact Accor Plus directly.

11. Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to refuse giving Gift to any Qualified Customer, considering he/ she does not or refuses to provide Citibank with clear and complete supporting documents, or violates any part of these Terms & Conditions of the Promotion.

12. Citibank may contact the Qualified Customer via Phone number/ Email registered with Citibank for further information/ clarification or additional documents.

13. Citibank accepts no liability for undelivered SMS/ Email notification due to incorrect or un-updated contact Phone number/ Email address registered with Citibank, or blocking SMS from Mobile operator.

14. In case of our reasonable discretion, Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to replace the Gift with any other promotional items of similar value, but should not exceed the value indicated in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions in any case.

15. Unless otherwise provided in this Terms & Conditions, Citibank is not liable for any clear or implied agreement or guarantee about quality and conformity of the Gift. Citibank holds no responsibility in case the Gift is not redeemed successfully during Promotion Period.

16. Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, Staff and Representatives of Citibank and its affiliates will be not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect and derivative loss), or any personal incidents incurred from the participation of this Promotion, or from the receipts or usage of the Gift, unless liabilities specified under applicable Laws.

17. By receiving or accepting the Gift, Qualified Customer or receiver agrees to ensure and hold Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, Staff and Representatives of Citibank and its affiliates harmless against claims, actions, sues, judges, damages, loss, cost which may incur, or any liability for Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, Staff and Representatives of Citibank and its affiliates in connection with the participation of this Promotion or receiving and using the Gift.

18. Citibank holds no responsibility in relation to any Tax incurred from the Gift. Any Tax or Tax return for Tax Agency incurred from the receipt of the Gift is the responsibility of the Qualified Customer. Qualified Customer himself/ herself is liable for consulting with the experts about possibly incurred Tax.

19. These Terms & Conditions have been written in both Vietnamese and English versions. The Vietnamese version shall prevail in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. In case of dispute, Citibank’s decision is final.

By participating in the Promotion, Customer, by default, accepts all Terms & Conditions of the Promotion as listed above.

II. CITI CASH BACK, CITI REWARDS, CITI SIMPLICITY+ CREDIT CARDS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Program Scope: The “Acquisition Program for Citi Credit Cards” is applicable at Citibank, N.A., Ha Noi Branch and Citibank, N.A., Ho Chi Minh Branch for primary cardholders of Citi Cash Back, Citi Rewards and Citi Simplicity+.

2. Program Period: All application documents must be submitted from 01 July 2021 until 30 Sep 2021 (both days inclusive) in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi, and get approved before 31 October 2021.

3. Eligible Products: Citi Cash Back, Citi Rewards and Citi Simplicity+ credit cards issued by Citibank in Vietnam.

4. Promotion details: • Free Joining Fee for new primary cardholders of Citi Cash Back, Citi Rewards and Citi Simplicity+ applied within promotion period. • New customers when meet all terms and conditions of Eligible customers as defined in below Article 5 will receive:

• Each customer can enjoy free Joining Fee for maximum one (01) Citi credit card during the promotion program.

5. Eligible Customers: Retail customers must meet all of the following conditions:

• Customers who apply for a primary Citi Cash Back, Citi Rewards and Citi Simplicity+ by completing the credit card application and submitting all required supporting documents during the Program Period and get the card approved by Citibank within the promotion period; and • Customer must not be an existing Citibank primary cardmembers of Citi PremierMiles, Citi Cash Back, Citi Rewards, Citi Simplicity+, Citi Ready Credit, Lazada Citi for a period of 365 days before the date customers re-apply for the new credit card for this promotion; and

• Customers must not close any primary credit cards that join the respective promotions within 365 days since the date cards are booked in Citibank ‘s system; and • Customer must have spending on retail transactions or cash withdraw of at least the respective required amount of the applied product within 60 days from the date that customer’s credit card is issued successfully for this promotion. Spending is counted as eligible when the transactions are settle to Citibank ‘s system within 15 days since transaction date. Citibank holds no responsibility should transactions are not settled; and • Customers must be in good credit standing & the credit cards must be in good condition (no card blocking) at the date of finalizing the gift recipients; and • Promotion is not applicable for Citigold customer. If Citigold customers want to apply for the promotion, they have to pay full joining fee of the applied product; and • Customers must not be Citibank official staff; and • Customers must not EU, EEA, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, and The Isle of Man citizens/residents or the UK; and • Customers must not be US citizens or US residents. Hereinafter call “Eligible customer”

Important notice: Customer is ONLY eligible for promotion when meets all the Terms & Conditions for the promotion.

6. Gift: • One customer can receive maximum one Gift for each respective product applied from the program. • Eligible customer will receive Gift while stocks last.

7. Gift redemption • Eligible customer will receive Gift notification within 120 days from the date your credit card is issued successfully for this promotion. • Redemption method and timeline will be informed in Gift notification. Gifts will be delivered directly to registered address. • Redemption period is 60 days from the day the customer first receive Gift notification via SMS or email. Citibank will not handle any dispute related to the gift redemption after the above mentioned Redemption period or/and after customer already received the gifts. • Any complaint related to the gifts will not be accepted after 180 days from the date the credit card is issued successfully for this promotion. • Gift redemption is only up to maximum number of rewards of the whole Program as specified in Article 4 in these Terms and Conditions. 8. At Citibank’s own authority, if customer is not in good credit standing, Citibank reserves the right to charge back value of the Gifts that he/she had redeemed successfully (if any) and debit such amount to any account he/she owns at Citibank.

9. Citibank is not the supplier or delivery service provider of the Gift. The products are sold and services are provided solely by the relevant vendors, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and Citibank accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by Citibank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Citibank. Eligible customer will be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the supplier of these products/services. In case of any inquires or disputes related to the products/services, eligible customer must contact the suppliers directly.

10. Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to refuse giving the Gift to any Eligible Customer considering he/she does not or refuses to provide Citibank with clear and complete supporting documents or violates any part of these Terms and Conditions of the Program.

11. Citibank may contact the eligible customer via phone number/email registered with Citibank for further information/clarification or additional documents.

12. Citibank accepts no liability for undelivered SMS/email notification due to incorrect or unupdated contact phone number/email address registered with Citibank or blocking SMS from mobile operator.

13. In case of our reasonable discretion, Citibank reserves the sole and exclusive right to change the Gift to any other promotional items of similar value, but should not exceed the value indicated in Article 4 of these Terms and Conditions in any case.

14. Unless otherwise provided in this Terms & Conditions, Citibank is not liable for any clear or implied agreement or guarantee about quality and conformity of the Gift . Citibank holds no responsibility in case the Gift is not redeemed successfully during Program Period.

15. Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates will be not liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect and derivative loss) or any personal incidents incurred from the participation of this Program or from the receipts or usage of the Gift unless liabilities specified under applicable laws.

16. By receiving or accepting the Gift, Eligible Customer or receiver agrees to ensure and hold Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates harmless against claims, actions, sues, judges, damages, loss, cost which may incur or any liability for Citibank, its affiliates, Board of Directors, staff and representatives of Citibank and its affiliates in connection with the participation of this Program or receiving and using the Gift.

17. Citibank holds no responsibility in relation to any tax incurred from the Gift. Any tax or tax return for Tax Agency incurred from the receiving of the Gift is the responsibility of the Eligible Customer. Eligible Customer himself/herself is liable for consulting with the experts about possibly incurred tax.

18. These Terms & Conditions have been written in both Vietnamese and English versions. The Vietnamese version shall prevail in case of discrepancies and/or inconsistencies. In case of dispute, Citibank’s decision is final.

By participating in the program, Customer by default accepts all Terms and Conditions of the Program as listed above.
