1. The Priority Pass Card is non-transferable and is only valid up to the expiry date and when it has been signed by the Cardholder. The Card may not be used by any person other than the Cardholder.
2. The Priority Pass Card is not a payment card nor proof of credit worthiness and attempts to use it as such may constitute fraud. Admittance to participating Lounges is conditional upon presentation of a valid Priority Pass Card.
3. Lounge visits are subject to a person per visit charge. Where applicable, all such visits, including those by accompanying Guests, shall be debited to your Citi PremierMiles Credit Card by Citibank Vietnam as per the rates and terms notified by Citibank Vietnam to the Cardholder. Any changes in Lounge visit charges will be notified to Cardholders by Citibank Vietnam in official communication channel(s). Priority Pass is not responsible for any disputes that may occur between the Cardholder and Citibank Vietnam nor any loss incurred by the Cardholder relating to any Lounge visit charges debited by Citibank Vietnam.
4. When presenting the Priority Pass Card on entering the Lounge, Lounge staff will either electronically swipe or take an imprint of the Card and issue a ‘Record of Visit’ voucher to the Cardholder or make a log entry. If requested, the Cardholder must sign the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher, or sign the electronic reader (as applicable), which will also reflect the exact number of accompanying Guests, if any, but does not show any per person per visit charge. The charge per visit for the Cardholder, where relevant, and that for any Guests will be based on the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/ log submitted by the Lounge operator.
5. While it is the responsibility of the Lounge staff to ensure a voucher imprint/ log is made of the Priority Pass Card, the Cardholder is responsible for ensuring the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/ receipt/ log correctly reflects their own usage and that of any Guests at the time of using the Lounge. The Cardholder is responsible for retaining the copy of the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/ receipt presented to them at the Lounge.
6. All participating Lounges are owned and operated by third party organizations. The Cardholder and accompanying Guests must abide by the rules and policies of each location. Access may be restricted due to space constraints but this will be wholly at the discretion of each individual Lounge operator. Priority Pass has no control over the facilities offered, the opening/ closing times or the personnel employed by the Lounges. The administrators of Priority Pass will use reasonable endeavor to ensure the benefits and facilities are available as advertised, but Priority Pass des not warrant, nor guarantee in any way, that all or any of the benefits and facilities will be available at the time of the Cardholder's visit. Neither is Priority Pass liable for any loss to the Cardholder, or any accompanying Guests, arising from the provision or non-provision (whether in whole or in part) of any of the advertised benefits and facilities. All accompanying children (where permitted) will be subject to the full Guest fee unless otherwise stated in the Lounge listing.
7. Participating Lounges may reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 3-4 hours) to prevent overcrowding. This is at the discretion of the individual Lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays. 9. Vi c vào và s d ng Phòng Ch ch& c áp d ng cho Ch Th và Khách i cùng có s h"u vé máy bay có giá tr trong ngày và gi y t tùy thân. Nhân viên c a các hãng Hàng không, sân bay và các Công ty du l ch khác s d ng vé gi m giá có th không i u ki n c s d ng Phòng Ch . Bên ngoài Hoa K , vé máy bay ph i kèm theo m t Th lên máy bay h p l , t c là ch& cho hành khách bay i. Xin l u ý có m t s Phòng Ch Châu Âu n4m trong khu v c Schengen c a sân bay, ngh;a là các Phòng Ch này ch& có th c s d ng n u các Ch Th ang du l ch gi"a các n c Schengen (bao g#m Áo, B&, C ng hòa Séc, Đan M ch, Estonia, Ph n Lan, Pháp, Đ c, Hy L p, Hungary, Iceland, Ý, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Hà Lan, Na Uy, Ba Lan, B# Đào Nha, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tây Ban Nha, Th y Đi n và Th y S2).
10. Đi n tho i và Wi-Fi (n u có) khác nhau gi"a các Phòng Ch . Thông th ng ch& các cu c g6i n i vùng m i c s d ng mi+n phí. Phí s d ng các ti n ích khác s ph thu c vào quy t nh c a m5i Phòng Ch và Ch Th ph i ch u trách nhi m chi tr tr c ti p cho Phòng Ch .
11. Vi c vào và s d ng Phòng Ch còn tùy thu c vào hành vi và trang ph c c a Ch Th và Khách i kèm (bao g#m c tr em) theo nh"ng Đi u kho n và Đi u ki n c a Phòng Ch , và b t k Khách Hàng nào không tuân th nh"ng Đi u kho n và Đi u ki n ó có th b yêu c u r i Phòng Ch . Priority Pass không ch u trách nhi m i v i b t k t$n th t nào c a Ch Th và Khách i kèm n u b t% ch i b i m t n v Đi u hành Phòng Ch do không tuân th nh"ng Đi u ki n này.
12. Th Priority Pass b th t l c, m t c-p ho*c b h h ng ph i c thông báo ngay cho Citibank Vi t Nam thông qua CitiPhone ho*c b t c ph ng th c liên l c nào khác n Citibank Vi t Nam, n i có trách nhi m cung c p m t Th thay th . Kho n phí có th c áp d ng cho b t k nhu c u phát hành l i Th Priority Pass.
13. Trong tr ng h p Ch Th h y b hay không $i m i (i) gói Thành viên Th Priority Pass ho*c (ii) Th Tín D ng Citi PremierMiles v i Citibank Vi t Nam, Th Priority Pass s không còn hi u l c t% ngày h y b (i) quy n l i Thành viên Priority Pass ho*c (ii) Th Tín D ng Citi PremierMiles. B t c vi c s d ng Phòng Ch b4ng cách s d ng m t Th không h p l c a Ch Th , bao g#m Khách i kèm, s c tính phí cho Ch Th .
14. Các Đi u kho n và Đi u ki n gia h n c quy t nh b i Priority Pass. Priority Pass, MasterCard và Citibank Vi t Nam s không ch u trách nhi m v nh"ng tranh ch p có th x y ra gi"a Ch Th và/ ho*c b t k Khách nào và n v Đi u hành Phòng Ch .
15. 8. The provision of free-alcoholic drinks (where local law permits) is at the discretion of each Lounge operator and in some cases may be limited or unavailable. In such cases, the Cardholder is responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption or for premium alcoholic drinks directly to the Lounge (See individual Lounge descriptions for details).
9. Admittance to Lounges is strictly subject to Cardholders and any Guests, if permitted, being in possession of a valid flight ticket and travel documents for the same day of travel. Airline, airport and other travel industry employees traveling on reduced-rate tickets may not eligible for access. Outside the U.S. flight tickets must be accompanied by a valid Boarding Pass, i.e. outbound passengers only. Please note some Lounges in Europe are located within designated Schengen areas of the airport, which means that access is only provided to these Lounges if Members are traveling between Schengen countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland).
10. Telephone and Wi-Fi facilities (where available) vary in each Lounge and are provided at the Lounge operator's discretion. Free usage of Telephone facilities is normally limited to local calls only. Charges for any other Lounge facilities are at the discretion of each Lounge and the Cardholder is responsible for paying these direct to the Lounge.
11. Admittance to Lounges is subject to Members and any Guests (including children) behaving and dressing in accordance with the Lounge's Terms and Conditions, and any person not complying with such Terms and Conditions may be asked to vacate the facilities. Priority Pass is not liable for any loss suffered by the Member and any Guests where a Lounge operator has refused services because the Member and/ or Guests have not complied with these Conditions.
12. Lost, stolen or damaged Priority Pass Cards are to be notified immediately to Citibank Vietnam through CitiPhone or any other manner of communication with Citibank Vietnam, who shall be responsible for providing a replacement Card. A charge shall be levied for any replacement of Priority Pass Card.
13. In the event of the Cardholder cancelling or not renewing their (i) Priority Pass membership or (ii) Citi PremierMiles Credit Card with Citibank Vietnam, the Priority Pass Card shall be invalid effective from the cancellation date of their (i) Priority Pass membership or (ii) Citi PremierMiles Credit Card. Any Lounge visits made by a Cardholder using an invalid Card, including any Guests, shall be charged to the Cardholder.
14. Renewal Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion of Priority Pass. Priority Pass, MasterCard and Citibank Vietnam shall not be held responsible for any disputes that may occur between the Cardholder and/ or any Guests and a Lounge operator.
15. The Cardholder agrees that s/he will defend and indemnify Priority Pass, its Director, Officers, Employees and agents (collectively ‘The Indemnified parties’) against and hold each indemnified party harmless from any liabilities, damages, losses, claims, suits, judgements, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) for injury to or death of any person or damage to, or destruction of, any property arising from the use of any Lounge by the Cardholder, Guests or any other person accompanying the Cardholder, except that such indemnification shall not extend to acts of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by The Indemnified parties.
