Language English Requirement Course Enrolment Students to enrol prior to their coming to Christ University. However final course and subjects need to be finalised within one week of start of the class. Course Load Credit levels- Minimum=12, Maximum =18 per semester Exams / Assessment Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) Rules Mid Semester Exam End Semester Exam Assignments Grading 40 Marks (points) out of 100 marks (points) required for passing. Exchange students are requested to stay until the end of the scheduled exams. Special / early exams will not be arranged. Learning Attendance is compulsory. Minimum attendance of 85% required to write the expectations End Semester Exams. Mentor Each exchange student is assigned a mentor. The mentor will guide the student with regarding to course requirements, books, exams, assessment pattern, dress code and discipline.

and times.  Wi-Fi connection is provided in Study Halls and recreation rooms  Hot water supply  Gym  Each student is provided with the following amenities; cot, mattress,

bed protector, bed cover, study table, chair, table lamp and steel cupboard with locker. Note: Canteen facility is available in campus and not inside Jonas Hall. There are several Kiosks, Food Courts; Cafeteria inside campus with provides food at nominal cost.

General rules in Jonas Hall:

 Students have to punch in the Biometric device twice on all the days (before 9.45 a.m and 8.30 to 9.15 p.m).Every student shall be in Jonas Hall latest by 9.15 p.m on all days.

 Students are expected to dress modestly.  Students must carry and show the Jonas Hall Identity Card to the Security.  Students should keep their valuables and belongings under lock and key. The Jonas Hall Authorities will not be responsible for the safe custody of the property or money of the students.  Before leaving the Jonas Hall, a student must pay all dues and hand over the keys and properties of rooms in good condition to the Jonas Hall warden.

Accommodation cost at Jonas Hall: Twin Sharing - 200 Euros per month (Two months rent to be paid prior to arrival). The amount should reach Christ University before the arrival of the

students. The amount has to be wire transferred to the bank address mentioned in the invoice. The amount is Non refundable.

If the student wants to continue to stay in the accommodation provided by Christ University after two months the student should inform the International office within One month of arrival and make the necessary payment.

International Office will extend the contract provided the rooms are available.

Early arrival before June 1,2016/November 1,2016 Note: The student will be accommodated on campus in Christ University Guest House. The student can stay on campus for maximum of 15 days

(charges are 10 Euros per night) ------Off campus accommodation provided by Christ University Accommodation for (Decent well furnished accommodation within 2 km from Christ University Boys will be provided)

Twin sharing room will be given. The apartment/house will be shared by

other students.
