PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
1. Acceptable Formats for Presentations PowerPoint (.ppt) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) will be only acceptable. And, the recommended video format is Windows Media Video (.wmv).*In the case of using Apple Macintosh for presentation, bringing a portable RGB connectoris fully required; The Congress will not provide with it.
2. Preview Room Location: 3rd Floor, Ramada Plaza Suwon * Preview room is available during all hours of the Congress. * Invited speakers must come to the preview room to upload their final presentation material at least 2 hours before the commencement of the session.

To ensure that the Congress runs smoothly, without technical glitches, presenters are not allowed using their personal computers at the presentation room. Each presentation room is equipped with a computer, LCD Projector and projection‐screen. Each podium will be equipped with a wired microphone and a laser pointer.

1. Registration The hotel charge and registration fee will be exempted. Please visit the registration desk for members and speakers located at the entrance of Grand Ballroom. 3. Weather in Seoul Korea’s climate is characterized by four distinct seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. In September, which is when the congress is to take place, summer will have been just ended and the weather will be cool. The average daytime temperature of October is usually around 14.4℃. * Please be advised to bring autumn clothes for a little bit cold weather at night in Korea.
