The STEP Handbook (you’re lookin’ at it) should be able to answer any questions you may have about the program. If not, each of you (if you have declared education as an endorsement or a major) has an education advisor that you can come to at any time with any concerns. If you don’t know who your advisor is, check with our administrative assistant, Nancy. She can tell you who your advisor is, or if you need to see the registrar to let them know you want to be a part of STEP and get an assigned advisor. After your acceptance into STEP, you are officially a TEACHER CANDIDATE and your actions should reflect that responsibility. No more skipped classes, missed assignments, or lame excuses. When you become a part of STEP you become an IDEAL Servant Leader. You will demonstrate the traits of Integrity, Dependability, Effective Communication, Appropriate Attitude, and Leadership.
