Boys and Girls Clubs of Laredo Executive Director and Laredo ISD Board Member, Hector Noyola, has been named the recipient of the Southwest Region Herman Prescott Award from the Boys and Girls Club of America. Noyola received the award for his belief in the principles of diversity, equality, and empowerment. The winner of this award must embrace and be an advocate for the rights and dignity of all.
