Anthony has built up considerable experience in large retail and office projects. He was jointly responsible for setting up Chapman Taylor’s Prague office in 1997 and, since 2001, has developed Chapman Taylor’s business in Romania, opening the Bucharest office in 2007 as Managing Directo r. Anthony also holds a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Env ironment from the University of Cambridge, through whi ch he focused heavily on the issues of sustainable development.

Transport environments should be responsive, resilient and fl exible. Their use and operations will continually change through time so the buildings and fabric must be able to adapt to change without detriment to the overall functionality. Provision for expansion should be adequate but not excessive and should seek to minimise any resource waste during design and construction.
