DEVOPS & AGILE CI/CD TOOLS

We use DevOps to meet client objectives through rapid iterative development and deployment. Our team employs DevOps to automate final software deployments and enable the automation of continuous incremental deployments, triggered numer- ous times daily as changes are made to the software system. We use Agile /continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools in order to deploy uninterrupted processes that deploy live software to the production environment. Our CI/CD tools automate complex workflows required for agile software movement between development, test, and production envi- ronments by removing manual interaction.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE CMS OFM Audit and Appeals Administration Tracking Tool (AATT) RELI is developing an Audit and Appeals Administration Tracking Tool (AATT) using a CMS enterprise application platform. This tool tracks and provides workflow for DPAO correspondence related to four business functions: (1) Litigation Support, (2) MAC QASP, (3) Technical Direction Requests (TDRs), and (4) Contract Management. Using the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform, the RELI team is currently developing a workflow to track reviews, approvals, and responses from multiple sources. Our ap- proach capitalizes on the core features of SNOW, which are readily available from the enterprise platform. The RELI team is following XLC processes to develop the work breakdown structures (WBS) including but not limited to gather requirements, develop backlogs, develop sprints for development and testing, perform deployment. RELI team is responsible for ensuring security assessments are completed to comply with CMS policies and procedures during the phases with the collab- oration with CMS. CMS CPI Unified Case Management (UCM) RELI supports the implementation of the UCM for CPI. The system provides the capability to track Principal Investigator (PI) activities, including leads, audits, investigations, and cases; capture and manage workflow activities; report performance metrics; report workload metrics; report status of administrative actions and referrals to law enforcement; and record out- comes or disposition of program integrity audit and investigative actions across Medicare and Medicaid programs. We provide requirements analysis & design support, system integration, testing, and legacy data management and migration support. This contract includes large Enterprise System Integration with IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet COTS product with customi- zation using Java. CMS OFM Claims Appeals and Settlement Development RELI provides CMS administrative (intake, processing, scanning, indexing, and storage of records), operational (customer ser- vice, outreach, anc communication tracking), technical assistance (database support) and program management support ser- vices for the settlement of appeals for Medicare claims and related activities. This includes support for up to five concurrent or consecutive appeal resolution initiatives designed to reduce the backlog of appeals pending at all administrative review levels. To manage the administrative and processing of settlements and meet the efficiencies CMS requires, we customized and implemented the ServiceNow platform, developing complex workflows to facilitate what was a very manual process. Our project team developed and maintains the Claims Appeals Settlement Tracking Database using SNOW that provides dash- boards for status updates and ease of view of appeal/claim level required information.
