Mbajtja e kësaj Konference i parapriu aktiviteteve të tjera, ndër të cilat përmendim rivarrimin e eshtrave të Isa Boletinit dhe bashkëluftëtarëve të tij në vendlindjen e heroit, në Boletin. Konferenca i zhvilloi punimet në sallën e Kuvendit të Republikës së Kosovës nën patronazhin e Kuvendit të Kosovës dhe të Qeverisë së Republikës së Kosovës. Punimet u ndoqën nga shumë studiues, deputetë, ministra, drejtues të organeve pushtetare të nivelit qendror e atij lokal. Në veçanti, Konferencën e nderuan me pjesëmarrjen e tyre kryetari i Kuvendit të Republikës së Kosovës, Kadri Veseli, ambasadori i Republikës së Shqipërisë, Qemal Minxhozi, kryetari i Akademisë së Shkencave dhe Arteve të Kosovës, Hivzi Islami etj. Interesim të madh për këtë veprimtari treguan edhe mediat, të cilat ishin dukshëm të pranishme. Organizimi i kësaj Konference Shkencore dhe publikimi i akteve të saj në 100-vjetorin e rënies së Isa Boletinit, janë fryt i bashkëpunimit të vazhdueshëm të tri instituteve tona të historisë, me qendra në Prishtinë, Tiranë dhe Shkup. E veçanta e kësaj here ishte realizimi i projektit me angazhimin dhe bashkërenditjen shumë të mirë të tri institucioneve tona. Ky bashkëpunim do të shkojë më tej, mbi bazën e platformës shkencore kombëtare, me projekte afatshkurtra, afatmesme dhe afatgjata, duke u bërë kështu një shembull pozitiv në veprimtari të përbashkëta integruese në sferat e shkencës, të arsimit dhe kulturës. Bordi organizativ i konferencës nga të tri institutet, duke vlerësuar cilësinë e kumtesave dhe risitë që sjellin shumë prej tyre, vendosën që rezultatet e saj të publikohen në këtë vëllim të veçantë. Redaksia falënderon për mbështetjen morale dhe financiare, Zyrën e Kryetarit të Kuvendit të Republikës së Kosovës, që siguroi mjetet e nevojshme si për mbajtjen e konferencës, ashtu edhe botimin e këtij vëllimi. Rasti i parë e solemn, që më jep mundësinë të ndodhem para jush për të thënë disa fjalë për hapjen e kësaj Konference, organizuar nga Instituti i Historisë “Ali Hadri”-Prishtinë në bashkëpunim me Institutin e Historisë në Tiranë dhe Institutin e Trashëgimisë Shpirtërore e Kulturore të Shqiptarëve në Shkup, që ka për qëllim të ndriçojë veprën e Isa Boletinit dhe bashkëluftëtareve të tij me rastin e 99-vjetorit të rënies e rivarrimit të eshtrave të tyre, konferencë kjo e cila po mbahet nën përkujdesjen e Kuvendit të Kosovës dhe Qeverisë së Republikës së Kosovës, më emocionon e më bënë të nderuar. Zonja dhe zotërinj, Në këtë konferencë do të zhvillohet një veprimtari e shumanshme shkencore. Në 2 sesione, do të lexohen 24 kumtesa nga studiues të njohur të hapësirës sonë shqiptare. Kumtesat nga fusha e historisë shkruhen për t’i sjellë të vërtetat e periudhave të ndryshme, për të cilat historianët u referohen fakteve dhe dëshmive historike dhe paraprakisht vlerësojmë se, do të jenë të këtij niveli shkencor. Andaj me të drejtë presim që kjo konferencë si pjesë kontributore reale, do të sjellë edhe debate të frytshme duke u bërë shtytës hulumtimesh e gjurmimesh të reja të potencës së kërkimit shkencor, të cilat, padyshim do të shpijnë përpara studimet në fushën e historiografisë shqiptare e më gjerë. Mbajtja e kësaj Konference Shkencore si dhe manifestimet tjera të nduarndurta që do të vazhdojnë me rastin e rivarrimit të eshtrave të Isa Boletinit, ka një rëndësi të veçantë në historinë më të re shqiptare si një afirmim i fuqishëm i identitetit politik të Kosovës, për të nderuar e respektuar jo vetëm Isa Boletinin, por një plejadë të tërë luftëtarësh. Është edhe inspirim i mëtejshëm i përpjekjeve tona për plotësimin dhe jetësimin e idealeve të të parëve tanë si dhe një dëshmi e fortë e vitalitetit dhe imunitetit tonë, për gjeneratat e ardhshme se sa e gjatë dhe e vështirë ishte rruga e realizimit të aspiratave tona kombëtare. Jeta dhe vepra e Isa Boletinit dhe bashkëkohësve të tij, janë të freskëta dhe mbeten frymëzim i përhershëm për të gjithë shqiptarët kudo që gjenden, e që kristalizuan idealet e detyrat që shtronte

Although there has been no organized Albanian research in Hungary, the chapters in this book clearly demonstrate that researchers well versed in the various historical periods have engaged in a joint investigation of the Albanian–Hungarian past. The studies reveal new research findings, many of which will cause a sensation in the world of Albanian studies. Part One Hydajet Hyseni: I’m Hydajet Hyseni Kaloshi, as I am currently in the Register of the Civil Registry, and this has sometimes puzzled people, “What’s this strange last name?” In fact it’s the result of an anomaly that was often present, and very widespread, in the Civil Registry of Kosovo citizens, with the specific aim of messing up the official, institutional functioning. Maybe that’s why, until very late, my last name, according to its origins, was Ibrahimi, like my grandfather, but when I went to high school, I saw that it couldn’t have been that last name, because in the civil registries the recorded last name was Iseni. And Isen is the name Hysen, which the Serb administration - which didn’t use the letter Y and was especially irritated by the letters y and ë, as purely Albanian letters - had written as Iseni. But Isen wasn’t in my genealogy. Hysen was my uncle. As a result, they had registered my father in his brother’s name, my father’s name, his brother’s name as his last name! It was like this until after the war, when a new registration took place, the first genuine one for us, that there was the opportunity of correcting my last name, and we agreed to get a family last name.

BREDENKAMP JOHANNESBURG NOVEMBER 2000 EFACE When I began with my studies at the Rand Afrikaans University, and when later on I started teaching Modern Greek in the Department of Greek and Latin Studies, I experienced the thrill of joy and the excitement which academic studies and research can provide to its students and scholars. These opportunities finally allowed me to write my doctoral thesis on the world view of the anonymous author of the Greek Chronicle of the Tocco. I wish to thank all persons who have supported me while writing this study. Inkuadrimi i individëve në këto mardhënie sociale nënkupton praninë e anës konative, intelektuale dhe të anës emoconale të idnividit. Në këtë mënyrë formohen mardhëniet me personat e tjerë duke rezultuar në procesin e socalizmit, i cili është proces i pandashëm dhe i domosdoshëm për zhvillimin e mbarë të individit në tërësi. Falët kyçe: soclializim, procesi arsimor, proseci edukativ, interaksioni social Hyrje Për të përsosur dhe për të zhvilluar aftësitë, shprehitë dhe përparimin e çdo individi është e nevojshme që të njihet zhvillimi i tij, të ndiqet në mënyrë të vazhdueshme gjatë gjithë jetës së tij.
